rumor confirmed by Chris… the project is in debate, it is not launched yet but there are current real discussion about a future MX project… not validated yet (business matters I suppose)

May I ask a stupid question:
is it a rumour about a furthcoming possibility having a new MX-project in general, or
is there already a person/a group planning concrete design processes . . .

I’ve got nothing to do with that (neither the rumour nor the thoughts about a possible new MX) and I don’t know anything. – As for me, 3 MXs are enough

it is a project from someone who is ready to invest in a new MX, not a change about MX rules… and this is no more rumor from PA/mithril, this is confirmation by Chris there are currently debates going on with the person who decided to pay for this… and Mithril
