Ok guys it is time to fill in few informations and pictures from my IRL part of the meetings gallery… and few informations….

Me and my family were in England 10 and the half days and we were in few cities ( except London ) included Romford and Oxford…

But first ( David will be not angry for sure ) I must on first place put my meeting with the Man himself Chris Tubb in London :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

24th of May…. it was only one rainy day since we came to London but for me this was a sunny day because of I know that this is the day when I will meet “father of all my figures” and this was exceptional for me. We met in front of the British museum and we were going into a one small Italian restaurant just one street ahead… and then… we start our 2 hours long conversation about his life, his figures, plans, about me, how I got started collecting miniatures… how he get started sculpting miniatures… about his plans to sculpt, about his family, comic books, books, James Joice, Tolkien, bloody computer games whose main evil reason because today’s kids does not want to collect figures… all figures whose are still in his drawers ready to come into ours… and in final yes… I meet Chris Tubb and I’m happy, impressed and richer for another extraordinary man that I can consider as a friend….

We also have a photograph captured by a Japanese female tourists but I will post it here if Chris decide it….

25th of May…. another beautiful day for me ! Day when I meet my dear mithril friend our Master of dioramas David … it was sunny and warm day for going to Romford, beautiful small charming place in Essex where live our friend, his beloved wife, great dog Kyzer and many, many mithril figurines and great painted science fiction and horror movie and literature characters

After all I can say that Master David is exceptional man, and his wife too, we were whole afternoon together, discussing about figures, our hobby, life, we were together in one fine restaurant, and we were walking through Romford… and it was great whole day… so there are some pictures from memento of our friendship….

26th – Excursion to Oxford… I’ve put a bouquet of flowers on professor Tolkiens grave and we ate a big steak and great meal on the Eagle and Child pub….

My God, David – your modelling area is TIDY! – mine looks as if a horde of rampaging Orcs has been through it!
