Good grief, did I catch a fleeting glimpse of an Elf….? No one here now, but I’m sure I saw one.
December 12, 2016 at 11:47 pm #35494yup i’m here…. not often but I am… annnndd, the original post is now up to date
sorry folks I know I’m not as active as I wish I could be
but I still maintain this site feel free to send me emails of MP if you have any questions or requestsDecember 13, 2016 at 8:02 am #35498And we’re all very grateful as ever, Master Elf. It’s just “nice just to know that you’re about the place”, as Bilbo once said to Frodo. MMP remains the friendliest LOTR figure forum there is.
December 13, 2016 at 9:16 am #35499Thanks Gildor, I hope all of those miniatures will be on sales next year…

Last 2016 fellowship minis are renamed MS, as per Mithril.ie
January 4, 2017 at 4:20 pm #35549Yes, that’s what the sub-reference reads. I don’t understand all the fuss about Mz and M (again).
January 4, 2017 at 4:33 pm #35550So do I. π
January 5, 2017 at 5:52 pm #35554And now new [mith]MZ630[/mith] is in production, half price for few days and added in MMP database. π
It looks great !
January 5, 2017 at 5:58 pm #35555(I’d forgotten all about Duinhir still being due for release! Nice figure, and I shall, of course, take immediate advantage of the discount.)
January 5, 2017 at 7:46 pm #35556Ordered him – I seem to have found my Mithril Mo-Jo again .
January 5, 2017 at 9:10 pm #35558Losing your mojo is a terrible thing to befall anyone.

January 5, 2017 at 11:00 pm #35561Well, still looking for my mojo, too.
This new figure certainly will NOT help to find it.
But: this Easterlibg Champion figure- which found its way to my workbench of a very gentle person will try its best . . .February 26, 2017 at 12:10 pm #35716I added [mith]MZ624[/mith], [mith]MZ629[/mith], [mith]MZ633[/mith] in MMP database.
Master Gildor, it seems there is something wrong with images for [mith]MS625[/mith], [mith]MS626[/mith], [mith]MS627[/mith], [mith]MS628[/mith], [mith]MS631[/mith]; Probably due to the fact it was created at first as with M ref. instead of MS now.February 26, 2017 at 1:31 pm #35717yup the repository must be totally mistmatched , will try to correct that manually
the folders for images were still MZ, and not MS
you can notice though that the reference name in the upper left corner of the image is wrong too…
the one on faerylands database you posted is the old “MZxxx” ref… on the official site, it is “Mxxx” while in the end the reference is a MSxxx..that’s perturbing
February 26, 2017 at 3:03 pm #35718Thanks for the corrections. Images are displayed.
Mithril got confused too. Best for MMP is maybe to use ref written under miniature base ?
Meanwhile I will ask the company if they can also update pictures & leaflets according to definitive reference.February 26, 2017 at 5:40 pm #35725Milo wrote:I added [mith]MZ624[/mith], [mith]MZ629[/mith], [mith]MZ633[/mith] in MMP database.

February 26, 2017 at 6:03 pm #35726Confusing, isn’t it?
February 26, 2017 at 7:52 pm #35727the use of “MS” for those references is a “retcon” actually…. Initially meant to be MZ… then M (because finally they were not made using 3Dprinting, mithril removed the Z but forgot to put a S instead and after release, when we mentionned that it would be confusing to have GF figurines simply using the “M” which is reserved to retail released they decided to put MS back in the catalogue and official referencing for sales purpose and referencing purpose, but the figurines had already been made…
in the end the official name is MS and should be so; calling them “M” would generate a lot of problems in terms of marketing communication (NB : we must not forget there is a dedicated distributor in contract overseas in the US, and that applies to them too…)
February 26, 2017 at 11:42 pm #35728The Irish donΒ΄t know what to do either.
They seem to be confused for themselfes. Maybe the reason is consuming the wrong whiskEy! -
