Yes it is. The Whitch King is one of the most inflationary figures.
But this one is really awsome. Full of details. A great masterpiece!!!!!

PS: and one of the figues I will NEVER paint . . . 😎

Though there are many Witch-Kings by now I agree that this one is (so far) the best of those figures in terms of dynamic pose and details.
But: to sell that figure? – It cannot be bought, as far as I remember. – Strange that is.

I wonder if he managed to have several…On MMP description, it is written Only one per fellowship member is offered.

there was ONLY ONE way to have TWO of them (at best, no more possible) and the condition was to have ordered every MS releases in duplicates… if you had two of each MS you COULD have two MS458… that means that this reference is quite a rarity too only due to its original availability and number of castings… I don’t think we will see many of them on the ebay market… and I find it odd already that we see even one…
