So it might turn out to be a very nice competition – and there might also be others who are not present here on our site, as it was last time.

It’s a bit ‘over the top’ as they say in Staddle, but I didn’t have time on this one to do a lot of tweaking (other model projects got in the way).

But anyway, I thought a nice domed tomb would look ok, the columns could have done with being a little less wide, but it’s done now :D

The backdrop, depending on how you see it looks a bit like a mountain scene but is in fact light shining off of the grey backdrop material :D

I was going to add a statue of Aragorn as Strider on the top of the dome, but again time was against me.

                  Bridesmaid, never the bride 😆

The dome top is a ‘brass’ light fitting which was to be used with a Haradhrim GF release – the shields were added as there was a hole in it for the power cable; the columns are wooden dowel road with grooves, the next bit down from the dome is a washing powder plastic container lid, and the bit below that is a plastic flower pot tray which I had to add as the columns were too thick for the original ‘roof’.

Much of the inspiration was provided by the works of Master Turambar, just a pity there was no room for some statues of Numenorian warriors.

Also the wooden base. I like it very much!

Only 3 entries this time. :/

But that also means MMP members will win prices :D
