Soooo again the end of the 2nd League is approaching so I gathered up our “themes” list again, so in a few days we can start the third edition.
I really wish some more people join it, as it is not just about skill, but to listen, learn and share opinions ^^

I had an idea for a couple of “themes” more so I will add them to the end of the list, and remember that you all can make suggestions and give opinions (in this thread please) about new themes or contest mechanics!

1. Ladies and lassies of middle earth
2. Maya month, and it is not the bee!
3. Trolls or the thing you don’t want to face in the night.
4. Fighting dudes, like in the batman tv show or even better.
5. Ringbearers, Hey I did wear it, you don’t?
6. Black is the absence of colour, or the Nazgûl month
7. Manly men, or how to wear a long beard and it’s multiple uses League 01 October – November 2015
8. Mikea or middle earth furniture, plants and nature friends
9. Plate armour, is it a myth or not? League 02 December 2015 – February 2016
10. To the spears!! or the month of the rider
11. Are all orcs green?
12. The third breakfast or how to became a good hobbit by “the attic warden”
13. Is it hot down there? or the “southern thing” month
14. To elf or not to elf or the “do they have pointy ears?” month.
15. Postcards from middle earth, or which vignette I choose for this month?
16. Fresh and new, are those new sculpts sharper? NEW
17. A woman with chickens or “the civilian” figure month. NEW
18. A Christmas Carol or the “let’s paint a Christmas figurine month” NEW

Anyway, time has come for the third edition of this wonderfabulous contest…. let’s see what dictates our lucky dice throw:
Sooo the dice went for a 6 and 6 is:

League 03 – 02 March 2015 – 05 April 2016

Brief:
There is an entire month to participate and we have a couple of weeks to choose our miniature, which should be any form of incarnation of ONE of the nine Nazgûl. Since this time each and every model will be a Nazgûl, it does not matter whether it is mounted or not since both forms will be valid and it will be easier to compare all the entries. Also the idea behind this edition is to work with dark colours, it’s not necessary to paint everything black, just think about the general aura a Nazgûl is meant to have….

Mechanics:
It’s free to participate, you just need to be a member of MMP.
As always we demand to have a pic of the starting point (clean metal or just with primer on, or green stuff/putty visible), at least one picture more with the painting process started and then a final shot of the finished work.
A thread for all participants will be opened in a couple of weeks for they to start posting their pictures and work.
Once the deadline is reached a new thread with a voting poll will be opened for every member to participate.

And there it goes! Who is in??

@orc, Only Nazgûl admitted, in any of their forms. But your proposition gaves me an idea for another month… something about ghosts and skeletons!!
