Somebody should tell The Man that we are desperately waiting . . .
Already TWO dioramas in the pipeline, without figures, still. As far as my workbench is concerned . . .January 24, 2014 at 5:11 pm #29732Your workbench must be large.
I am more than late on my side concerning projects so I’m not desperatly waiting (still hasty to have new releases)January 24, 2014 at 10:59 pm #29734….. a lot of the work is in his hands… I also hope that we will see soon new figures… It is almost 5 months since we have last one in our hands…
February 27, 2014 at 7:10 pm #29909So if Master Gildor will be “out of the system” for a while… how CT will sell his figures through his web site… who will send us informations about PD figures… CT on e-mail or… no doubt that here is few things to discuss… I hope that he will finally have a new figure on sale…. and that he is well…. Gildor is most deserving that this PD website is online… hoummmm
February 27, 2014 at 11:16 pm #29911don’t worry about this Thingol… I may be out of the system, if Chris ever sends anything to me I will relay it and make the necessary… This I assure you
but it seems that of late, Chris is even more “out of the system” than I am………
No news at all from the Man….February 28, 2014 at 7:41 am #29912I hope he is well…. and healthy enough….
February 28, 2014 at 5:09 pm #29923Thank you very much for confirming that, Gildor. – So you see, Christophe, we do need you here, sometimes when it comes to serious matters. After all you reveiled about your present state I value the more what you’re still doing around here. And if it is “only” killing orcs.
March 1, 2014 at 6:11 am #29924Hey Gildor, I have heard from Chris a couple times since the New Year. He was ill for awhile, not seriously. And there have also been some power outages and such north of London where he lives. So I know this does not explain all of the delay in figures, it may explain some lack of communication.
March 2, 2014 at 1:07 am #29930Hopefully, there won´t be a whole factory “out of the system” . . .
Otherwise there are people with a fine contact with “The Man”- as you like to call him- and others not.
This seems to change . . . sometimes . . .April 15, 2014 at 11:02 pm #30313The question is: does Mr. Tubb know, that it is April 16th 2014 ?
Hopefully there are others like Master Gildor keeping us updating with phaeton news . . .
April 16, 2014 at 7:27 am #30314Last news I got from the Man he was working on an “Mithril or Phaeton unrelated project” and works only half time for PA
April 16, 2014 at 12:04 pm #30315That could be interesting. I’d like to see what he does with someone else designs (different poses, more elaborated gear…). Assuming it’s Fantasy-related, of course…
April 17, 2014 at 8:34 am #30317Yes, that is interesting since six months . . .
April 18, 2014 at 6:01 am #30318I have heard from Chris that there are several figures completed by him and awaiting Mithril’s production. He has completed the figures up to and including Dunhere (January winner). So he is not that far behind. As for phaeton figures, I have not heard about release dates for sure, other than he intends on producing more.
Remember, he has other contract work which he needs to work on to support his family (Mithril is a small part). I believe he is frustrated a little with Mithril due to the big delays with producing/releasing figures he’s already completed.
April 18, 2014 at 7:05 am #30319Who can blame him.
April 18, 2014 at 9:15 am #30320not me
April 18, 2014 at 8:35 pm #30323Did anybody knows which are those “another projects” on which Chris works right now… hm… or this is a secret…
April 19, 2014 at 9:42 am #30329Not a hint but in the past he worked on scfi figures http://www.jeffhawkeclub.com/fr_models.htm
April 19, 2014 at 10:29 am #30330he does
April 19, 2014 at 10:49 am #30331I assume one of his projects is still the Bronze Age Irish / CuCuchlain range he started work on several years back. Still looking forward to seeing those.
