payment done too. The half orc is great
December 31, 2011 at 3:30 pm #22363Thank you very much, Master Gildor, for providing the new figures of Phaeton Design that quickly. It always feels good to know a hasty Elf among us. That’s a good ending of 2011
December 31, 2011 at 7:29 pm #22368Hoummmmmm

, now who could you be referring to?
.
Happy New Year everyone wherever you may be
January 1, 2012 at 12:43 pm #22377Alas, I unfortunately forgot to mention that of course it is The Man who surprises us (?) being that much reliable in what he announced. Three months, 6 figures, no delay (even if it was New Years Eve lately) and at a fixed and fair price.
January 1, 2012 at 2:12 pm #22378well, there are some people around, name begins with Lars… and ends with Edman… who should take example…
When I think they are not even able to honour autoshipment customers and send figurines in due timeand HAPPY New Year Again everybody!
January 1, 2012 at 5:03 pm #22380Gildor, I do understand your anger well and share it from time to time. Well, autoshipment obviously has by now turned out to be a bit slow in sending the figures in time, but that, I think, hasn’t got anything to do with the autoshipment-idea. I can tell that for me it still works well. Still there is the “discount code:2” for each figure (which lowers the heavy price for those figures a bit … a little bit, so to say).
To be honest, I never have had any problems with that autoshipment, though sometimes I had to write an email asking to add additional figures or a new can of spray. So, there’s not much to complain about from my side. Of course I already forgot about those “ancient” offers about one free figure for all those who bought all 12 within a year. Alas, three of them we have by now (don’t start to count the years of MS-releases, please).
Just an idea, Master Gildor, maybe we’re the only ones by now who are still in “autoshipment”.I think we’ll see this year how things will develop …better? … who knows?

January 1, 2012 at 7:24 pm #22386…. about auto shipment… I do not use this service and I never will….
January 1, 2012 at 9:33 pm #22396Sent payment today for these two new additions. I have to say I am looking forward to these Phaeton releases more than Mithril stuff now as releases are far more reliable and on time.
Ironic that for me The Man working on his own is becoming more collectable than The Man working for the company

I much prefer to pick and choose how many to buy at a time these days.
January 1, 2012 at 9:42 pm #22398It seems they do not enforce this autoshipment method a lot if not reminded everytime there is a release… I will take this into account in the future and ALWAYS send them a reminder……

January 2, 2012 at 3:59 pm #22422Thank you Master Gildor. Still I’ve got a question. Does anybody know about the background of the “Half-orc thief”? I am not familiar with those old CH-figures at all, as they are not Tolkien-related. So I just guess that those series were thought of as providing figures for role-games, representing different races and characters. But what exactly do they refer to? They cannot be based on MERP, can they? – Maybe someone around here can help me with that, please.
