Strange all these good fellows coming on MMP, talking, exchanging, without visiting your place Master Barliman…
Don’t you think it’s time to offer free drinks ? :rolleyes:November 13, 2012 at 9:34 pm #25710Aren’t they all virtually free?
November 14, 2012 at 8:09 am #25716Hello Master Attic Warden, would you care for a drink? Nob! Please take our order.

November 14, 2012 at 8:15 am #25719Hi Master Twrich, hi Master Sam
Drink and 2nd breakfast you mean ?Cheers gentleman and gentlehobbit!
November 15, 2012 at 1:03 pm #25741Master Barliman,
I will raise my glass for this Dunlending called “Zlatan Ibrahimovic”.
He scored 4 times against England yesterday.
And last goal is part of his legend now.For those who did not see it yet:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbslWQh-R_UCheers Zlataaaaaaaaaaannnnnn.
P.S: I do not like football very much, except when things like that occur.
November 15, 2012 at 1:50 pm #25742Sorry, it doesn’t come up in Bree – for copyright reasons apparently – so unless there’s a YouTube link I’ll never know what happened.
November 15, 2012 at 3:00 pm #25743football? big people do very exhausting things for fun.
I´ll prefer the option of the french menu that master Milo posted before
November 15, 2012 at 4:20 pm #25744Huuooommm … indeed, Master Elroi … huomm … and besides, they always seem to be so hasty doing that … rhuoommm …
November 16, 2012 at 8:19 pm #25757It was worth getting beaten for to watch a goal like that
November 20, 2012 at 4:28 pm #25789Huoooommmm … as I watch that Haradan-musician-suggestion for the Ms-range gaining some votes I wonder what kind of instrument he should be playing … rhuommm … I am not familiar at all with those instruments being used in the south … rhuoomm … maybe some of the travellers around here know better … huom … no, sorry, I’m certainly not sure that figure might win in the ent … rhûomm … no, no … just being curious …. hom …. and trying to get some conversation being started here again … rhuoommmhuom … shouldn’t there be better be two musicians? … hom … one for the rhythm and one for a melody? … hom … but I don’t know much about music, just sometimes listen to it …
November 20, 2012 at 4:41 pm #25790I do not know anything about such music instrument, but google provided me some info:
November 20, 2012 at 4:50 pm #25791Probably a pair of small drums or a horn would be favourite — though I’m not especially concerned, since it’s not a figure I’d buy anyway (not canonical JRRT, hence outside my area of interest). Ditto the dancer; such figures are available from a wide range of “Fantasy” figure manufacturers already, and I’d rather see a Fellowship dedicated to JRRT producing figures that are from his books.
But that’s just my own opinion, as is probably well known by now, and it’s clear from the voting that not many people agree with me!
On another matter entirely, I see that GW will be announcing their Hobbit range of figures in four days. It will be interesting to see what they are. The good ones will be from Weta’s costume designs; the bad ones will be from the addled brains of GW’s visualisers (who tell the designers what to sculpt). The main interest of their first figure releases will be in providing us with a clearer idea of what we can expect to see in the movie, character-wise.
November 20, 2012 at 9:54 pm #25794Ahhh- google?! Wow!
Well Master Milo, thank you very much for this enlightening hint!
Master Theobald´s intention was starting a discussion.
That there is the possibility for “having a look” at google already do know my nephew. He is 4years of age.
I do hope, the discussion is not over . . .
November 21, 2012 at 7:45 am #25797Don’t be so sarcastic master archer…
Of course discussion is open. who said it was closed ?My post was just a very small contribution with a link providing pictures.
As Master Ent, I am not familiar at all with those instruments being used in the south and never travalled that far.Maybe you did and can help us ?
November 21, 2012 at 10:40 am #25799Of course I can help!
I just have to wait until I will meet Mistress Leila the next time at the bellydance-group around the corner.
She will give me some important informations then . . .November 22, 2012 at 7:09 am #25808Master Barliman, isn’t it time for 2nd breakfast ?
I would like also to offer one special breakfast to our dear master ent who won suggestion round with Haradan musician.
Cheers Theobald.
November 22, 2012 at 8:21 am #25809Alas, my preferred figures haven’t garnered sufficient support to reach round two, but at least Blobbo with the Arkentsone is still in the running.
November 22, 2012 at 8:34 am #25810Blobbo ? never heard about him 😆
November 22, 2012 at 8:39 am #25811He was the uncle of Fred – remember him? The Hobbit who went with his cousins Mary and Poppins to take the ring to Mount Doom?
