Ladies & Gentlemen, I would like to celebrate with everyone my 2nd OOP collection achievement tonight.
Bearfos will come home soon and fill last remaining hole I had in my “Prince August Character” Glass cabinet. So Master Barliman, please bring an imperial gallon of your best ale at this table + several pints for everyone.
Cheers and Hourra !December 10, 2012 at 8:44 pm #26308Now that’s what I call a celebration.
…But what will you collect now?!
December 10, 2012 at 9:28 pm #26311completing the Prince August range of CHaracters is not little feat! congrats! I still have quite a lot to find myself!!
One day I’ll manage to find them but that’s hard…December 10, 2012 at 10:14 pm #26313Congratulations, Master Milo! Now I suppose that the celebration will last days, as befits the feat and tastes hobbits …..
December 10, 2012 at 10:17 pm #26314I simply wonder where you are looking for or find all those rarities… indeed I am not as invested into finding Prince August than I was for Mithril but well, even mithril is easier to find than Prince August mini… even if Mithril is more expensive and more sought after than PA…
Maybe one day my collection will be as complete as yours and maybe if you find any of my missing ones I hope you’ll tell me
I admit I am expecially interested in [mith]CH24A[/mith] and [mith]CH33[/mith]December 11, 2012 at 7:21 am #26319Barliman wrote:Now that’s what I call a celebration.…But what will you collect now?!
Most important for me is to have Wiki gallery achieved.
For miniatures, PAM Friends & Foes is my next challenge. I miss around 1/3… I was missing every F&F last year
I also search Grenadier 9803 as 2 weeks ago, I found 9801 & 9802 in perfect original boxes.:cool:erchamion wrote:Congratulations, Master Milo! Now I suppose that the celebration will last days, as befits the feat and tastes hobbits …..This is the way we hobbits cellebrate yes
This also means Nob will be very busy in the kitchen this weekGildor Inglorion wrote:…maybe if you find any of my missing ones I hope you’ll tell me

December 11, 2012 at 2:51 pm #26328Huoommm … Master Milo, I’m not sure which figure you’re referring to in your latest entry … huoomm … though I have to admit that I don’t know much about the “Prince August Character” range … huoomm … though the name you mentioned rings a bell … hooommm … but that was mentioned in a mail by someone else …. huommm …
December 11, 2012 at 2:53 pm #26329Hi Master Ent, Bearfos is [mith]CH30[/mith], which inspired [mith]PCH10[/mith]. One of the most difficult to find and quite expensive to buy.
December 11, 2012 at 2:56 pm #26330Hi master erchamion,
Did you find an older mithril male gender with flower on his necklace ?December 11, 2012 at 2:59 pm #26331Milo wrote:Hi master erchamion,

No, I didn´t find it. I will continue looking for….December 11, 2012 at 3:01 pm #26332If you want more clues, just ask.
December 11, 2012 at 3:03 pm #26334I ask
December 11, 2012 at 4:23 pm #26335Very old range, back in 1989…
December 11, 2012 at 6:03 pm #26336Huuooommm … thank you Master Milo as for informing me about Bearfos .. huoomm … yes, I do remember the email now in which a Man explained that to me … rhuoommm … though seriously, I never was interested in those old PAC figures at all, as they might just have met an interest for collectors of such figures … huoommm … it’s not me … rhuoomm … as for me I really value some better and more improved figures, lately provided by Phaeton-Design … huoommm … I simply kept to collect Mithrils, so, as I pointed out before, I don’t know much about all that PAC-things …. huoommm …
nevertheless, congratulations, Master Milo, for having achieved another piece to complete a collection …. hooooommmm …. and also let me thank you here in public for taking so much effort and time to support our Master Gildor in building up that new gallery … huoommm … wise decision that was and very much appreciated …. rhuoommmm … hûom .December 11, 2012 at 7:41 pm #26337Yes, of course. Thank you very much both Gildor like Milo for their effort and dedication.
Meanwhile, Master Milo, your riddle is very difficult. I will say M70 Elf, but his “flower” seems more part of his clothes than a necklace …..

nevertheless, congratulations, Master Milo, for having achieved another piece to complete a collection ….I prefer mithrils for sure ! Still I had always kept CH7 elf (bought in 1987) near my mithrils as I felt this minis was well proportioned and looked like mithrils.
And at the end, once I joined MMP, thanks to Gavin & Gildor, I discovered with great pleasure that it is indeed Master CT who sculpted this CH7 miniatures.
So to me, CH collection is part of Mithril prehistory, and this is why I wanted to collect these. And it is fun to compare old CH with new Phaeton which I also buy of course. Now, collecting Friends & Foes is more linked to the fact I searched very deep to build PAM F&F complete database for the Wiki gallery.
Now it is done, I got caught by “Collectarium” virus….meaning I am more addicted than having many interrest for it.Theobald wrote:hooooommmm …. and also let me thank you here in public for taking so much effort and time to support our Master Gildor in building up that new gallery … huoommm … wise decision that was and very much appreciated …. rhuoommmm … hûom .My turn to thank everyone for kind words.
December 11, 2012 at 7:44 pm #26339By the way, there are an excellent discount on all products PA tomorrow (including Mithril Miniatures).
I ordered last month leveraging other discount, but this discount of 32% is very tempting …… 😎December 11, 2012 at 7:45 pm #26340erchamion wrote:Meanwhile, Master Milo, your riddle is very difficult. I will try to ask tomorrow if I can obtain 32% reduction for a bigger order, including monday’s order.December 11, 2012 at 7:55 pm #26342Milo wrote:erchamion wrote:Meanwhile, Master Milo, your riddle is very difficult.
