Ah ha- it´s Christmas day in a while, isn´t it?

It is tradition having a goose fresh outta the oven on that day with my family!
That means- though the bird is already ” in the house”- there is the posibility of a special “before-Christmas-meal” this evening:
Fried goose liver with the last rose-Roscoff-ognion from our holiday in Bretagne and a delicious apple out of the garden cut in little pieces.

And now- only one thing is missing: a cool pint of scrumpy!
