“Lazy”, not “strange”. “Lazy”. Their lifestyle is best described as “snack and snooze”. Perhaps I should try it some time. It sounds appealing. The only problem is, if I was a cat I wouldn’t be able to hold a paintbrush.

Sneaks in to put some coins behind the bar for all you good fellows and fellowesses who frequent the Pony, just to celebrate my birfday. It’s a bit quiet in here (apart from someone snoring in the dark) so I will ask you to serve the ‘reglars’ as and when they come in Barli, and of course top your own mug up as and when .

I shall not be around for a couple of weeks as we are taking a (flying) ship into the West tomorrow, so good luck to all who have entered the Beregond competition, I hope the judges enjoy the work before them .

Please have a drink on me and I in turn will try not to swallow too many of those grub-things that live in the bottles of tequila :cool:.

Well, I’m also away on holiday first thing tomorrow, so you fellows will have to serve yourselves for the next two weeks. Some of you seem to be quite adept at that already, so I don’t anticipate it being a problem.
All I ask is that someone remembers to feed Nob and the cat, or else you’ll get your ankles bitten. And that’ll just be Nob. The cat is likely to be even more offended.

Try to be good while I’m away.
