I will report that to my girls, they are learning German for 10 years and are still not fluent …

And personally I read and write Chinese mandarin but never succeed with German

You are right Master Thingol, learning German can be very useful especially if your parents are German and the rest of your family either is German or speaks German! :rolleyes: Very useful indeed!
Master Mornedhel I would recommend a different teacher or a extended holyday in Germany for the girls to settle with the German language if the interest is present…. after all German is not that difficult. There is a rule for everything. Not like English!No rules at all!:lol:

I do not know how many of you celebrated Easter … but if any of you has this custom here in Middle earth… happy Easter… and please guys…do not eat to many eggs… not good for digestion….

huooommmm … I do not eat those eggs, I just hide them in the garden … though … er, except the scrambled ones in the morning … huom … but, as people in Bree say, an egg a day keeps the doctor away … huoommm … was it pears? … er peas? … or even red beans in tomatoe juice? … huomm … I’m getting old …
anyway, it just is about keeping the doctor away, isn’t it? … rhuuu00mmm <

My grandma used to hide flaky/brittle/chocolate-eggs everywhere . . .
unfortunately she passed away many years ago!

Ah, well, you need to watch how much of the apple nectar that you drink, Master Hibbit, ‘cos it’s the scrumpy that’s responsible for my bad spelling – that and the fact that a lad from the Third Age such as myself can’t get his fingers to come to terms with this newfangled Fourth (or is it Fifth?) Age technology. Bring back quill pens and parchment, says I.
