Thanks Master David… ( about 22… I do every morning 50, it is better then coffee… but I do not have discipline to record short movies for FB )

It is hard to believe, Dave, that it has been 3 years since we met you in London!

We are going again next year, but this trip will be to Italy and Croatia.

Time flies by so quick for us mortals Tom, I hadn’t realised it was three years. I hope you have a great trip to Italy and Croatia, and if you manage to meet up with Nino I hope you will find some Guinness or you will have to drink slivovitz .

I always thought the right spelling is: SliBovitz . . . hicks . . .
I prefer the hungarian variant named: Palinka! Hicks . . .

I supposse, the Barkeeper knows what I am talking about . . .

Master Tree and the Man in the Dark are correct, Master Turambar – rendered into English it is spelt Slivovitz, or sometimes Slivovitsa. Palinka isn’t one I stock in the Pony – there are so many varieties I wouldn’t know where to start.

I got the spelling from Google , but the effect was the same, when the locals in Bosnia got the ‘shot’ glasses out………

So guys… Palinka…. Whiskey….Vodka, Rum, etc…. but Šljivovica original drink the geographical origin ooouuuuh jeah….. it burns the throat… in the cold bosnian nights somewhere in the mountains in company with goats and nothing arround…. also popular drink in Croatia especially among Germans ….

Well, I’ll go to the foot of my stairs, as we say here in Bree. My nephew has just won a Gold medal in Rio!
