Scary indeed – I can’t afford another mortgage.
June 24, 2009 at 5:26 am #588915 little “men”!?
I guess this nice set will be around the € 150.00 mark…..
Don’t worry Master Barliman, it’s only a small mortgage.
June 24, 2009 at 5:33 am #5890I am speechless now, Master Theobald, maybe as a Tree can be.
That’s great rumour!! Another lifetime-long drinks for the Tree!! I hope I have enough coiny things to buy the vignettes. Chris is the very best to realize that project!!!!!
June 24, 2009 at 7:27 am #5891Glorious endeavour, Master Tree! It seems that this MX will really embody the old Mithril spirit! When when when … ?
June 24, 2009 at 8:15 am #5892Actually, who who who as well – is it one of your own MX projects, Master Tree? Or is it a cartel? Either way I can see it costing many silver pennies to finance!
June 24, 2009 at 8:20 am #5893Truly! More than 2000 € per MX figure (though to be smaller these emerging insurance cheaper) It’s a great initial economic outlay!
June 24, 2009 at 2:14 pm #5894Huooommmmm …. ahem … well, you see, I really didn’t want to cause that much trouble or even confusion … huoomm … I cannot answer all them questions at once, you know … huom … but to me it seems it’s a good way to get some bowls of my favourite liquid for free … rhuoomm … so I will have one bowl now and will then wisely and thoroughly contemplate about me answers …. rhuuooooommmhuomhom …
June 24, 2009 at 2:16 pm #5895I think I know why you want your drinks free, Master Tree – it’s to save as many coiny things as possible for other causes…
June 24, 2009 at 2:21 pm #5896Huoommmm …. well, Master Barliman, so far it worked …. huom
June 24, 2009 at 2:27 pm #5897Hey, Master Barliman, don´t forget to observe your email box . . .
June 24, 2009 at 2:31 pm #5898I’ll get back to you later re your enquiry, Master Archer.
June 24, 2009 at 2:32 pm #5899Thanks favourite barkeep.
After all these marvellous things happened, don´t forget to have a look at the official homepage.
I know, it´s boring often, but sometimes you can recognize something new . . .June 24, 2009 at 7:45 pm #5904Huoommmm … as for that “party” I mentioned before … I was a bit surprised by the reactions here … rhuooommm … I took my time to consider and contemplate about my answer … huoomm … well, there’s only one answer I can give:
This has to be done … rhuoommm … that’s all there is about it … hooommm … homJune 24, 2009 at 9:56 pm #5908I suppose there isn’t much point posting the pics I have of Bard since they are quite similar to the ones Mithril posted. As regards the sculpting, Chris did say “In order to keep the delicate parts of the bird ( i.e. beak and legs) sufficiently thin I had to “push” the bird up against Bard’s hair but I think it works O.K.” I had been wondering how he was going to do such spindly legs on the thrush…
June 25, 2009 at 5:53 am #5910And the best: the time when we will see pictures of Celebrian, Durin and the Morgul captain has come closer now……(after the October and November 2008 winning suggestions are out now)….
June 25, 2009 at 5:57 am #5911I’d actually forgotten about some of these figures, it’s been so long!
June 25, 2009 at 12:53 pm #5918Huoommmm … you see, now there is the official press release …. rhuoommmhom
June 25, 2009 at 12:58 pm #5919So I see – and your crystal ball was exact, right down to the very wording. Remarkable. You must anjoy the foresight of an Elf or a Numenorean.
June 25, 2009 at 2:23 pm #5921For anyone on Facebook, I just created “Fans of Mithril Miniatures” group.

Could you put the link?
It is an excellent idea, Wendy!, one grain of sand to give publicity to our beloved Mithril
