Huoommmrhuommm … so it seems to be the time of them dwarven swordsmen … huomm … nice idea, as there are not many Dwarves using swords as weapons … huommm … except good old Thorin … hoommm
August 9, 2009 at 4:29 pm #6341Rhuoommm … I witnessed that our Elf has provided them news elsewhere around here … huoommm … shouldn’t it be the ‘Pony’ where facts and rumours have to be provided? … huomm … isn’t is that why our ‘Pony’ is less frequented … so many other threads about many other matters … rhuoommm … alas … I will concentrate on that Númenorian army again … hom
August 9, 2009 at 4:36 pm #6342Yes, there are a lot of rooms nere now, and people find some of them easier than others.
I wonder how much this group of vertically challenged gentlemen (er, gentledwarves…) will be selling for?
August 9, 2009 at 5:50 pm #6344well I posted it on the Tharbad topic as it is not a rumor but a fact and with the sale details
and because there was already a thread for these dwarves in this place…. Since Tharbad is dedicated for sales on ebay… I thought it had its place there
I always considered the Pony as a meeting place for discussing , roleplaying, having fun… playing with the wargskins and annoying Nob with our demands but with the current MMP architecture it would be sad to have a single huge thread for all and everything
I admit I had not seen the information Theobald provided actuallyshame on me… in order for the majority to see it I posted in with colors in a sales section so that we are sure it is viewable… (maybe TOO viewable?)
August 9, 2009 at 8:43 pm #6347Huoommm … no harm taken, Master Gildor, not at all and no shame on you, please … rhuoom…
today I was just too busy fixing shields and arms and weapons to them Númenorian army that started to attack me two days ago … rhuoommm … I think I can cope with that … huoommm …
I might provide pics of these in the Mathom House once I have the time …. rhuooommm … You know 116 Númenorians are quite a lot … huoomm …August 9, 2009 at 9:52 pm #6349damnit! 116 numenoreans!
I can’t wait to see this army!(btw shame on me too… I am focused on Andrea Figurines lately, not mithril… I really love their warlord Saga 54mm, well some of them, not all) I’ve always prefered 54mm…
August 10, 2009 at 11:58 am #6359Huoommmm … yes, 116 indeed … all painted individually … huom … 36 archers, 48 spearmen, 24 swordmen, 6 riders and a standard-bearer and an officer … rhuoommmm … it’s quite a lot, isn’t it? … I’ve assembled them by now … they’re all based on the Mithril-Númenorians including very nice conversions …. rhuoommm … just waiting for better weather to take some pictures … rhuoommm … I cannot haste, you know … huom
August 10, 2009 at 12:13 pm #6360I shall look forward to seeing these. Are they your own conversions, or have you obtained them all from someone else? And does painting so many also indicate that you’re a gamer, Master Tree? I don’t think I’d realised that before.
August 10, 2009 at 1:38 pm #6362Wow!
That’s amazing Master Tree!
116? I think I may – stress, may – have that many Mithril Orcs, and most of those are plain Mithril orcs. Nothing fancy, no clever conversions, and besides, they are only orcs.
But I’d love to see your men of Numenor.
August 10, 2009 at 4:05 pm #6367Huooommmm … well, I’m not a gamer, just tried it once … rhuoommm … then I do not have the skill to produce any conversion and then cast it …. hom … nor do I have the time to paint so many figures that brilliantly … you see … I , ahem, received them as a gift … huoomm … and, believe me I was completely puzzled …. hoooommmm … I’ll try to take some pics asap … huom
… it’s unbelievable … rhuoommmAugust 10, 2009 at 4:51 pm #6375Rhuoommm … I just hung up some pictures of bad quality in the Mathom House … huoommm … just to let you know that I’m not providing rumours … huom … and to give you a first impression … hooommmm … the quality of them pictures is that bad because I had to haste …
August 10, 2009 at 9:55 pm #6382That sir, is a collection to be proud of!
August 10, 2009 at 10:18 pm #6388…you haven’t seen all of it, Master Gavin … and besides, I’m not a Sir … not at all … rhuoomm … I rather feel like Bilbo in the next MX … puzzled, simply trying to cope with all that what is going on around me … huommm … have to swipe my forehead with whatever kind of cloth is next to my hand … rhuoommm … huoommm … I can cope with that, I’m sure … huomrhuooommmhomhom …
August 11, 2009 at 5:21 am #6392Just don’t use the cloth I use to wipe the sweat off the scumpy barrels, or your head will dissolve.
August 11, 2009 at 7:29 am #6396Well, I say the universe always balances everything in the long run.
Master Ent you are a giver and now you are a receiver. Congatulation to this army!August 11, 2009 at 8:44 am #6400yes , I agree with master holger here. You have a precious treasure here
congratulations….

August 12, 2009 at 7:13 pm #6413I think I will order two!
August 12, 2009 at 7:46 pm #6414A mere £4,000 or so? Why not order a six-pack and give them to your friends at Christmas? But I wonder what their intrinsic value is? – I mean, how much they actually cost per unit to manufacture.
August 13, 2009 at 7:21 am #6418May you give Master Gavin a huge drink of whatever he prefers, Master Barli.
He did inform us about the Razarac, very kind indeed of him !
Thank you, Gavin. -
