And Turin’s out already?
Damnit, I was vaguely hoping to get a double-figure discount on “my” bard.
Ah well.
Means the Lady will be out by October, by the looks of things, though.
August 25, 2010 at 5:57 pm #11592I expect that if you ask you’ll still get the “double” discount – I certainly did when I missed out on a figure by a couple of weeks a while back and asked nicely.
August 25, 2010 at 6:41 pm #11593Huuoommmm … having had a look at the latest developments … rhuuooommm … there’s a lot of haste in releasing new tiny-metal-things … huom … quite a lot have appeared lately … and even more are announced … ahem, this is a point where I do not regard haste as something negative, you know … rhuoommm … ohh, and by the by, I think that quality did not decline at all with these developments … huoommm … it’s just very nice to witness this … huuuuooommm

Micheal had better watch his spelling just in case MEE are looking for ‘banned’ subjects
, would hate to think a name mis-spelt would cause grief.

August 27, 2010 at 11:44 am #11622Bloddy names…. lol
ela104 ?? Don’t matter what it is… a new member or a new orc, cheers I say!
Yes master Barliman, a fresh scrumpy please. Thats ok, I know it is not really fresh! 😆August 27, 2010 at 12:52 pm #11626I think “fresh scrumpy” is actually a contradiction of terms. At least, it is in the Pony.
August 27, 2010 at 12:53 pm #11627I don’t know yet but I’ll keep an eye open on orcs
August 27, 2010 at 3:38 pm #11632Is that mould on top of my scrumpy????
Ahh, now I get it, this “contradiction of terms”! 😆August 28, 2010 at 10:06 pm #11652Huoommm … where’s the barkeep … ? … me bowl has been drenched some time ago and I would like to have another one … yes, same bowl, please, Nob, never mind …. rhuuoommm … yes, that watery-liquid I always prefer to swallow, if you don’t mind … rhuuoommmm? … coiny things you ask for? … nay, Nob, this is on the Pony, as your Master told me some time ago …
huooommm…. and would you please top it up, Nob?August 29, 2010 at 6:06 am #11654I see you were hasty after all, Master Ent – you certainly got here some time before I did. But I had to stop on the way and stir the scrumpy barrel to break up the green crust that was forming on the surface. (It’s not mould, you understand, just artificial colouring. Honest.) If you want another bowl of water, by the way, you could help yourself from the bucket that I put under the hole in the roof where the rain’s been coming in. There’s been rather too much rain lately and the bucket is rather full – and it’s been remarkbly cold too. Why, we even had a hailstorm the other day – in August!
August 29, 2010 at 9:13 am #11655Huuoooommmm … it’s autumn, Master Barliman, isn’t it? … huom … as for your offer about free water from that bucket … ahem … well, thank you, the water seems to have been fine and fresh once … rhuoommm … but it had to pass the leak in the roof … huooom … but you might remember that I like clear-clean water, not that one with all them spider webs and other ingrediences in it … huom … nevertheless, I honour your generosity … hom
August 29, 2010 at 11:05 am #11656August is not autumn, Master Ent! Autumn doesn’t begin until the autumn equinox, which isn’tu until 23 September. I thought a tree would know that sort of thing! It’s still supposed to be summer at the moment, though with all the leaves blowing from the trees outside you wouldn’t think so.
August 29, 2010 at 1:05 pm #11657Ahhh, that what it was….. colour…. no wonder I woke up this morning with a green tongue…..
August 29, 2010 at 1:31 pm #11658Huoommm … I do know well, Master Barliman, and I am always aware of those equinoxies and full moons … huom … though … September is a strange word that you used …. huooommm … ah well, I got it now …. huoomm … that means 7, right? …. huoomm … though … that might include that Christmas will be in 3 months, in Decem? … alas, I’ve never been good at calculating nor at guessing the right meaning of words, so to say … rhuoommm …
The only thing I can confirm is that many leaves are leaving their trees … rhuooommm … but that might also be caused by some windy-matters … huoommm …
Huom … when I came here to the Pony two days ago I saw them horses in the meadow standing in a flood of what once was a brooklet and that covered them until their bellies … huoommm …
soaking wet, they said … huom … someone said it was about 190 l/m² within 24 hours … rhuoomm … quite a lot, isn’t it. … so better keep your premises, backyard, and stables dry … huom … oh, I forgot to mention that I took them doormats upstairs as they aren’t of any use at the moment … huoooommmm … I do hope that was correct … hooooommmmAugust 29, 2010 at 1:38 pm #11659Huom … oh, our dear Master Caster decied to get out of bed … rhuoomm … obvioulsy because he still wants to enjoy the summer … rhuoommm … as for that green tongue, Master Hsf62, why not try the recipies Master Gavin suggested to get rid of some primer … huooomrhuoomm … I guess it might also work with the layer on your tongue … huom … just an idea, of course …
August 30, 2010 at 2:39 pm #11666Summer?? I thought we are still having winter here… (warm enough for shorts)
Thanks for the tip Master Ent I’ve tried that already…… you only get another colour…… blue!!!
August 30, 2010 at 3:02 pm #11668MASTER BARLIMAN !
I am back from a very long journey.
Please, I need every kind of ale you can provide in a sufficient volume so that my kindred spirit gets annoyed with my songs.August 30, 2010 at 3:46 pm #11670I guess you are now in the right place Master Milo!
