Happy Birthday to Masters.
More ale please Barliman. My throat is dry!September 16, 2010 at 3:48 pm #12020Sends Master Thingol a drink, just because. After all, in The Shire, you give others gifts on your birthday

And a box of chocolates for Mila and Holger to share
September 16, 2010 at 4:53 pm #12022Good point. So does that mean everyone will actually pay for everyone else’s drinks on their birthday? That’s a good custom, and it’s a good job I’m too old to have birthdays!
September 16, 2010 at 4:55 pm #12023Huoommmm … I don’t get what this outburst of birthday-thing is about … rhuoomm … how do you know whose day is when and what for? … hooooooommmmm …
Anyway, thank you very much, Master Gavin, as you do remember that good-old Hobbit tradition I still value most … rhuomhoommm …September 16, 2010 at 5:08 pm #12024Huoommm … right, Master Barliman, that’s the Hobbit-habit of that matter, as far as I do remember … rhuoommm … but, I’m not sure if such a young sprout, as you are, should not be able to memorize your own birthday-thing … huoommm … I suspect there’s another reason behind that … rhuoommm …
September 16, 2010 at 5:23 pm #12025Yes, it’s called “Not wanting to remember how old I am”.
September 16, 2010 at 6:29 pm #12028Happy birthday Gavin…. 2 mithril friends on one day… nice to know
and thanks for a drink…. And also an drink from me for everyone… when is party than let’s go to celebrate… with balloons, beer and potato crisp…
September 16, 2010 at 6:31 pm #12029I think a birthday isnĀ“t bad, nor is remembered it. It means that there are still reasons to celebrate, if you understand me ……

Happy Birthday, Master Gavin and Master rita.de!
September 17, 2010 at 5:40 am #12032I just got the most wonderful birthday present. Someone gave me an M60, an M77, a whatever the old Tom Bombadil was,and the Aragorn and Sam at the Prancing Pony. My friend had had them since he was in his teens. He saw my mithril collection. Said: hey, I have some.
I was really taken aback and flattered. Though I did give him a 1000 point plastic GW Gondor Army for his birthday.
September 17, 2010 at 6:46 am #12033very nice presents indeed. Tom is [mith]M53[/mith], Aragorn [mith]M113[/mith]
September 18, 2010 at 11:05 am #12040Good exchange Master Gavin. I rather have metal then plastic.

Hmmm (vimajacobsr)…. now that sounds very orc like to me. Master Ent, could you ask some of your friends to do some orc hunting?
September 18, 2010 at 12:26 pm #12041Huuooommmm … why? Master Hsf62 … there’s no need to do that, as far as I can see … huoomm … what you call “orc-hunting” does not matter very much to trees anyway … huom …
September 18, 2010 at 1:12 pm #12042well it may not be an orc actually master Caster… if I consider the email of its owner…
it may , but I have doubts , well there is an easy way to know… maybe mister/miss “Ima Jacobs” could present him/herself?
September 18, 2010 at 2:32 pm #12043That’s what I like to hear Master Gildor…
Let’s have a toast to our new member then. Did you hear that Master Barliman??? More Ale please!
Well Master Ent, you and your friends did some orc hunting at Sarumans place, so why not in Bree?

The orcs are everywhere the same…September 18, 2010 at 3:16 pm #12044Vima Jacob Sr? – I think this one might be real, Master Caster.
September 18, 2010 at 3:17 pm #12045Still no ale in my stein….
September 18, 2010 at 3:20 pm #12046Still no money in my hand…
September 18, 2010 at 3:22 pm #12047Well, I gave it to Nob!
September 18, 2010 at 4:20 pm #12048Pull the other one…
September 18, 2010 at 5:11 pm #12049Huoommmm … yes, it’s important to watch out for orcs, though I’m not that much concerned about this matter as our Elf does care perfectly … rhuoommm … as for me orcs are minor problems …. hoooommmm …
just in case there’s nothing else to worry about …. huoomm … does anyone have further news about the 3rd set of those M-releases? … huommm … about “facts and rumour” I once tried to characterize this very inn … huommmmrhuom … of course no one remembers … huoommm … though mind that this is a public place, as our Elf often pointed out …. hooommm … -
