Huoommm … so you have other things to do than care about those twaddle-witter-things ? …
right, you are … huoommm … though … err … I’m not talking about your skills and profession, so to say … huommmm … but … could you please find the time to fill my empty bowl with that …you know what … huoommm …. (I just cut it short)(sic.!)
yes, I can pay for that, of course … ahem, what about a word to swap … hmmm … let’s say “one” insted of “ome” … rhuoommm … and then … err … yes … what? … ahhh, a good roumour you have been waiting for, right? …. huoommm …
fill bowl, please, busy Barliman Butterbur, then there’s rumour …. huoommmDecember 30, 2010 at 2:13 pm #14231huoommm … forgot to mention that today I received those two Lords of Khand … huoommm … absolutely … err … as they are … wonderful … Overlords of the Variags … brilliant scupting and a Christmas figure in perfection with all those details … excellent … huom … as for Master Gildor I would like to add that that piece consists of two pieces …. rhuoommm … in case he does want to add this in his famous ‘database’ … huooommm … the “antique finish” is darker, and that’s why I think it’s better … huooommm …..hooommm?
December 30, 2010 at 4:02 pm #14233mhh so you mean the xmas 2010 is not a single piece… but is it the case for BOTH version? (the antique finished is assembled but still two pieces or casted as one piece) I have never seen a “multi-part” xmas figurine before
Besides I still havent received my package
but well I ordered many old PA figurines at the same time…
December 30, 2010 at 5:07 pm #14234I can tell you, Master Gildor, about the “bare” figure.
I am a painter and not a collector so I have ordered the bare figure- for painting.
(I have learned, that mentioning different things more than often is very important . . .)
The sword is the second part. The figure and the base is a single piece.PS: thank you Mister barkeep for offering me that drink . . . better to leave the Pony . . .
December 30, 2010 at 5:15 pm #14235You’re always welcome, Master Archer. You can have a free one next time you’re in (I’m feeling generous because New Year is approcahing and I need to write off a few tax losses).
December 30, 2010 at 5:39 pm #14237Huooommm … so you feel generous, Master Barliman … well why not let me have another bowl-of that honey-coloured-clear-clean-non-sparkeling-devine-liquid-you-sometimes-use-to-serve-for-poor-trees — ? rhuoomm … taxes, that was I wanted to pay last year …. huom, alas … my memory is like your lumber-room, meseems … huom
December 30, 2010 at 6:00 pm #14238huoomm … Master Gildor, Master Turambar is right … though there’s right hand within that massive glove holding the sword … at the body of the figure there’s a nice hole at the belt which fits to hold arm and sword … huoommm … the company said that there were only 20 castings of that unprimed Christmas-one, giving them away on a “first-ask-first-gets” offer … huoomm … remember we also had something like this with good-old-Christmas-Thranduil 2007, though released in 2008 – those 50 extra-castings were coated, not as this year’s Khand-Lord … huoom … hooooooom… klappedi-klomm … hom
December 30, 2010 at 7:05 pm #14239Alas, the taxman has a better memory than either of us. He never forgets anything.
December 30, 2010 at 8:49 pm #14241Huoommm … that axeman always finds more than you were aware of … rhuoomm … just have a look at the heap of bartaps behind you … huoomm … of course I wouldn’t tell him about that … rhuoomm … anyway, I have to be busy … after dropping all that nice things from me branches I will have to be busy cleaning some … err … for a better New Year … huommm …
