        if we all spoke in our own languages, we’d learn them from each other in no time, i can assure you.

        I can assure you that we wouldn’t all! I’m told that once our brains get beyond a certain age they can’t cope with such a major change, and it takes a certain type of information-channelling capability for our brains to cope with thinking in different languages.

        I’m doomed on both counts – too old and too stupid. The only reason I’m bald is because there aren’t any brain cells left that need to be kept warm.

        So we’ll stick to Breeish, I think.

                And yet I always think its ironic that English is the “Lingua Franca” of the modern world. N’est pas?

                    I told you, I don’t have a big enough brain for all these other languages. I have enough trouble coping with my own!

                                  It sometimes doesn’t do especially well with Japanese, I’ve found. Generally good otherwise.

                                        well talking about google translator… that’s the idea of Lars about the translation of mithril sites… rather than a localised version of the sites…. let visitors use google translators…

                                        for information sites or community sites it’s fine… for a business e-business site that’s a lack of seriousness according to me… but well… that’s Lars…

                                            i can do that!

                                            -> da guckste! <-
                                            literally: “wow, look at you staring” (possibly with an open mouth)
                                            figuratively, that would mean “now you’re left speechless”
