March 9, 2011 at 6:24 pm #15831So, Master Barliman, I think it is my turn to celebrate a party tonight.
Let´s open this fine wine barrels from this Dorwinion wine seller, good luck I have prepared
some boxes with this famous chech-beer. We should also have some little snacks like fine bacon, fresh cheese, shrimp-cocktails,
this famous bree´ ish mixed-grill-plate. We will have later this evening cool vanilla ice-cream with hot raspberries,
smooth cream with little chocolate bees.I am afraid I have forgotten to book those girls from beyond the sea of Rhun . . .
Let´s celebrtae all togehter .

March 9, 2011 at 6:33 pm #15836…and yes one drink for all from my side… Variag foot archer is also great award…. !
March 9, 2011 at 6:42 pm #15837Yes, I forgot the archer…
To Master Archer !
😆
March 9, 2011 at 7:00 pm #15839Congratulations to the winners!
March 9, 2011 at 7:29 pm #15841Indeed. The drinks are all free for the winner, but everyone else must pay. (How else can I maintain the upkeep on this fine establishment?)
That Variag is a nice figure. Shame that there’s only one of him, though! A range of Easterling types would be even better, but such a dream is becoming increasingly unlikely with every passing year, as the masters for The Man’s figures slowly gather dust in some forgotten corner.
March 9, 2011 at 7:32 pm #15842Huuoommmmrhuoommm … congratulations, Master Turambar, congratulations indeed … huoomm … yes, you’re right giving away freely all those precious and rare liquids and tasty snacks for all … rhuoommm … though you did not mention a bowl-of-clear-clean-honey-coloured-non-spicy-and-non-sparkling-liquid-etc for me, the Tree …. rhuoommm … never mind ,I can imagine that’s just because of your excitement that you forgot …. huoommm … I just want to mention that, as if you don’t do that, our Master Barkeep will add another mark on my bar-tap … huoommm … you know … hommm …
anyway, let’s have a drink on Master Turambar, no matter who pays for it …. in the ent ….
cheers to all … rhuooommhom … and, of course also to all those other brave competitors who also did excellent jobs in such a short time … huooommm …. thank you all … huoommm …
CHEERS …March 9, 2011 at 7:46 pm #15848I do not know songs about elvish artists, but I can sing a friendly one!
“No, this wasn’t the raft of the Medusa,
This boat of ours.
Let them tell each other that
Deep in the harbours and ports
It sailed along, taking it easy
On the big duck pond,
And they called it Friends First,
Friends first of all.Its “fluctuat nec mergitur”
Were not exactly literature,
Begging the pardon of magicians and sorcerers,
Magicians and sorcerers.
The captain and his crew
Were not [bleep bleep bleep],
But mates, as good as you could get,
Best mates first of all.CHEERS !
March 9, 2011 at 7:54 pm #15849What is a Forest Warden doing mucking about with boats? And (ahem), please mend your language a little, Master Warden – I want none of these sea shanty sorts of naughty lyrics in my establishment. Less worldy folk may be present!
March 9, 2011 at 7:55 pm #15851I am dissapointed that the Master Archer has forgotten to book the girls from beyond the Sea of Rhun, had I known I would have arranged for a coach full of nurses from Narvik 😆 !
Congratulation Christoph, a worthy winner indeed and I hope the Director’s Cut gets published as well as it really needs to be shown.
Did I see that we get a freebar tab? Or was that just Christoph
March 9, 2011 at 7:56 pm #15852Just Master Christoph. Nice try, though – just testing how long my memory actually is, weren’t you?
March 9, 2011 at 7:58 pm #15853Santé David, It’s my turn (correct my words).
Master Barliman, look down here please, I have coins for you.
And sorry for being too enthusiasm sometimes…March 9, 2011 at 8:05 pm #15857Enthusiasm is a fine thing, and always welcome when directed towards our fine hobby and my very fine beverages. The coins are also welcome (kerchink!).
March 9, 2011 at 8:09 pm #15858About fine beverages, my bottle is empty…Bring me 2 please, one for each hand (kerchink again!).
March 9, 2011 at 8:36 pm #15859Well, there is need to tell it right:
I will pay for everything this evening!
Barli, it is my bartab which has to be filled up . . .
I started with two bottles of that famous chech beer, at this moment the bottle of red wine is empty . . .
There should be another one.
But not forget: later on we should focus on this bottle of honey-coloured-clear-liquid from an island called Islay . . .
Cheers fellows, let´s enjoy our evening, hicks.March 9, 2011 at 9:53 pm #15860Hic!%
