Unattended Strange gift

I got yesterday a parcel with a very Unattended Strange gift I didn’t ask or pay for.
A resin replica of 54mm Saruman prototype: [mith]54proto1[/mith].

The casting is very precise and neat. I will not consider it a fake as it’s clearly a copy with no pretention to be considered an original. I am sure with a primer it will take a place in my vitrine.

I wonder how and when a mold was done from the original….

I can imagine that it will look fine after it has been primed. – Anyway, a wonderful gift indeed.

After having considered this and the picture of the figure for a while today … I have an idea about the source, but I’m not sure.

And after considering in detail some other pictures I got of Saruman, I have an idea of the original used, but I am not sure…

quite a nice gift indeed!

mmhh is it me or … the left index finger is missing, from the extended arm?

I assume this version is dramatically lighter than the original in metal which I assure you is quite heavy!

Well- this Saruman is the best one I have seen so far. Though it is 54mm.
I asked somebody you is owner of the original prototype in whitemeatl for some additional pics but never received any . . , long time ago this is.
Congratulation, Master M. whoever this generous man was . . .

Sitll reminds me at Master Heston inside the “Ten Commandments”
