Hi Ted! I hope you join us as a member of Mithril’s Fellowship Gold program that lets us make monthly suggestions for which figures Mithril produces.

June 8, 2015 at 4:33 pm #32678Hello, everyone! I’m a relatively new Mithril fan. Until about a year ago, I didn’t know anything about metal miniatures. However, I’ve always loved dioramas, and last year I decided I wanted to create my own Tolkien dioramas or scenes. I searched the web and looked at so many different companies’ fantasy miniatures, but as soon as I stumbled on a picture of a Mithril mini (if I recall correctly, M338 “Elrond the Loremaster”) I knew that this was EXACTLY what I had been looking for in terms of aesthetics!
Well, I got my first Mithril figures in September 2014 and I’ve been adding to my collection little by little…now the next thing I have to do is to scrape up the courage to try painting!

Maybe you could tell us a bit more about the place where you come from ?
Please come and share a breakfast next morning you visit the Prancing Pony.
I forgot to mention I hope you will show us your work in progress with mithrils. But no hurry as Master Theoden often reminds us.

June 9, 2015 at 12:41 pm #32692Welcome to mithril pages! This is the right place to share your love for mithril ^^
I encourage you to paint them, you will get some nice moments with it.August 12, 2015 at 1:42 am #32851Hello there! I received a handful of Mithril miniatures in middle school as I was discovering role-playing games (and long after I’d discovered my love of Middle-Earth). I collected more as pocket change permitted and then a number of years went by where I left the hobby behind. Now I’m looking to finally get around to finishing painting those I have, collecting some new (and old) pieces, and enjoying the fellowship of the community!
