This is becoming a bit of a chicken and egg question, as we say here in Bree. Is it something that members of the Fellowship should be asked first? Or The Man and/or Mithril?

I suspect the latter would both be happy to cut back the number of releases if it reduced pressure on Chris, but since they have a moral (and arguably legal) obligation to produce 12 Fellowship figures a year they’d need the members’ agreement to such a change before it could be introduced. Hence my suggestion that it should be raised as a Fellowship forum or Mithril newsletter issue first, to ensure that most or preferably all the members agree. At the moment there are only about half a dozen of us discussing this on MMP, and such an important issue needs to be aired, debated and agreed by the entire Gold Fellowship.
