That is a bit of a blunder, isn’t it? I’m surprised not only that it slipped past Chris, but that no one else has yet picked up on it (I can excuse myself by the fact that I’ve not (yet) bought this vignette!). But then, there are mistakes in other Mithril figures too – in fact it would be interesting to hear from any of my patrons who’ve encountered particular bugbears of this kind that especially irk them!

I’ll start the ball rolling by mentioning the fact that 90 per cent of Chris’s Orcs have bare feet, whereas the ONLY times JRRT ever draws our attention to Orcs’ feet he tells us that they’re wearing shoes…
