Those pikemen must have been the figure(s) of which a definitely higher number of castings were made – compared to the other lads of the army. Before the pikemen-set was offered there was at least one single pikemen on Ebay. Then there also were gifts.
As far as I can recall all those single pieces had no shields. Those first appeared with the set-release.
