I wish there was really that much room in the Pony! – most of the time we’re in each other’s elbows (if you see what I mean…) – and where are the wargskin rugs? Ah, perhaps that’s where the Tree has gone – they probably ran out when someone left the door ajar, and he’s gone off to fetch them back.

Otherwise, an impressive rendition of the Pony on one of its busier nights – though I wish you’d given me my whiskers; Master Tubb did me no favours when he jokingly produced that little miniature after I briefly shaved them off (it was a passing Mrs B thing…she got over it once she saw what was underneath).
