Well it had to happen – so if any Tolkien die-hards want to move to Olde England to be nearer their spiritual home (Middle Earth) try the town of South Woodham Ferrers. Look where you can live :rolleyes:

This is genuine by the way it is a scanned image from Multi-Map hence the not so good quality. The Tree and the Barkeep have already got in there
