I won big on Ebay (I hope.)

I won an Ebay auction of 165 Mithril Miniatures for $163 (plus $20 shipping).

I figure at about $1 each, I should get several good. The miniatures were all piled into ziplocks, so I really don’t know what I am getting. And my wife won’t let me open them until my birthday in three days.

I did see the Caravan guard on camel, the raft, Sand-man, all the Ents, a couple from Prancing Pony so they are hopeful mostly below M122. I have allot of gaps below M160, so with luck I will fill a few gaps.

Hope they are not too damaged as I can see on pictures, the previous owner do not care much about his collection.

Lucky you! Hope there will be some or, even better, all those miniatures where missing on your collection!
I have to finish my own collection also, and actually fighting on ebay is really hard sometimes!

I am still hopeful. I originally thought this was an estate sale, but maybe not. The primer on the figures looks good, so I am hoping that they were care for, just forgotten, until they were put into the ziplocks.

I am having troubles uploading photos. The good news is that I think I got about thirty miniatures I did not have before. I also have about thirty miniatures that are duplicates of ones I had in blister. This means I can sell/ trade the blistered miniatures since I am not a “Puritan” and I am happy with un-blistered miniature that have the primer rubbed off.

Man, this is not a big lot. It is a treasure!
It is very valuable and minis seem in good conditi8n.
I remember the feeling once I have put my hands on such lot. Great isn’n it?

Fantastic catch. If you have another, I found out I lost M4 sword so I am after this mini, no matter complete except weapon.

Milo, I got your previous email and assumed we would start trading once I got an inventory.

Your M4 example is perfect to discuss.
First of all, I have a picture below of the swords that came in the eBay buy. They are aligned next to the miniature I think they match. Am I close?

Second, since I have low standards, I just want to be close to correct for my personal set but I want to help the fanatic collectors. To illustrate my attitude, I would buy a M16 with “unoriginal” sword. I currently have an M4 in-blister plus I have an M4 out-of-blister (including one of the swords pictured).

Third, would you want the M4 in-blister, M4 out-of-blister or can you just trade me a “Mithril medieval type sword that looks like a Rohan” for one of these swords?
