M278 query

      Does anybody know if the M278 NĂºmenorian was being thought of holding a shield in his left hand? – The pose of the figure might suggest this. In Gildor’s Database I could not find a hint of a shield (as for the parts he listed up). I think that I’ve always kept an original one of those M278 and with that figure there was no shield provided.
      Though adding a shield to that figure would make much sense. I’m just not sure about the original casting.

          well I bought my M278 new in sealed blister (still have the blister card :) ) I agree with you, a shield would be welcome for his hand but it does not seem there was any with him… Arnaud Godet Site also confirms that, the only part was the right arm with sword coming separatly.

            Yes, I can confirm that Gildor is right. If you compare the M278 with the “Gladden-Field” vignette, a further shield makes sense.

              My copy of M278 has no shield… but it make sense to put it on left hand if you find some appropriate shield
