Well Jim is really a great person … I myself got my hands on… rarities thanks to his intermediary… that would never have been able to reach me in other ways…
August 16, 2009 at 10:54 pm #6473Yes, he’s very generous and reliable. He, so far, did quite a lot for us Mithril-maniacs.
As for that compliment … thank you, rita.de … I wish I had your painting skills …
mind that Time Machine definitely is selling the last orcs and Gondorians until the end of the month … so if you need more orcs it might be the time to order asap …August 17, 2009 at 1:08 pm #6493As for those 54mm Mithrils, I think Master Barliman asked about them, I dare to say that that range will be continued.
August 17, 2009 at 1:14 pm #6494That’s good news. Thank you, Masster Tree.
August 17, 2009 at 1:38 pm #6499This army is indeed something special and a part of Mithril history. I personally like very much the way a Mithril army looks! Just so you know, I’ve heard tell of some other armies out there from these Mithril Gathering events. Perhaps Master tree will consider playing with these now!
August 21, 2009 at 7:35 pm #6582Well, Kenakko, I’m sure I’ll be able to provide some more news about these Númenorians. But as you know, I cannot haste.

[imgz url=http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/9_na_arch_1-4_all3.jpg]http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/thumbs/9_na_arch_1-4_all3.jpg[/imgz]well, by now I nearly found out about how to provide them pics … I’ll delete this as soon as possible and try to find a structure how to show you that army … sorry, time passes
September 5, 2009 at 2:11 pm #6755then there are all those spearman-conversions …
[imgz url=http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/9_na_spear4_1.jpg]http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/thumbs/9_na_spear4_1.jpg[/imgz]September 5, 2009 at 2:12 pm #6756them swordsmen …

September 5, 2009 at 2:13 pm #6757riders …
[imgz url=http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/9_na_riders1.jpg]http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/thumbs/9_na_riders1.jpg[/imgz]September 5, 2009 at 2:17 pm #6758This really is a spiffingly good army. I envy your good fortune, Master Tree, and hope that you’ll start gaming with them now that you’ve got them! How many are there in total?
September 5, 2009 at 2:21 pm #6759… and much more … I’m just about to take some pics … I promised to do so … well … the problem is that I’m not good with all this down+uploading and handling a camera well … sorry.
I promise to do better and I’m still trying to improve my “skills” …September 5, 2009 at 2:58 pm #6760Well, how many? … 36 archers, 48 spearmen, 24 swordmen, 6 riders, a standard-bearer and an officer … fortune you said? … nay, I’m in need of another glass-cabinet for them things … can you imagine the cost about that …. not to mention the place it would take … Mrs Theobald might be annoyed to have more than 10 of those show-cases within her premises … you know … as some of them are quite large and have by now intruded our living-room … alas … I cannot help it …
and as for that Númenorian Army again … I’m not a gamer, just a collector. I wouldn’t have those figures being touched too often, if you know that I’m mean …
at the moment I’m trying to figure out what that strange pattern at the hem of the officer’s cloak means … but what surprises me most is that the round (!) base of that officer is a 2p coin …[imgz url=http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/9_na_officer2.jpg]http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/thumbs/9_na_officer2.jpg[/imgz]
September 5, 2009 at 3:38 pm #6761and you wonder what the pattern means? …
about publishing your army master theobald… I propose that you send me all of them I will put them altogether in the mithril gallery part under fan conversions it would be my pleasure
September 5, 2009 at 3:38 pm #6762Simply great and nice painted mighty army of Númenorian…. what a impressive number of beautiful figures it’s army to remember !
September 5, 2009 at 4:04 pm #6763Thank you for keeping me up providing this … I’ll do best as I can … but I cannot haste, as you know. – though I’m a bit proud just to have the possibility to share this with you … by now I’ve uploaded more pictures I took … so I will try to provide them tomorrow … I’m glad that you enjoy this …
September 5, 2009 at 7:07 pm #6766… rhuoomm … to me it’s part of Mithril history, Master Thingol
