September 1, 2011 at 5:01 pm #20005Pourquoi les donnent ils pour des “TIME MACHINE MINIATURES USA” ??? une erreur ??
cordialement
pacoSeptember 1, 2011 at 6:14 pm #20008The Gondor archers would be good for me, if you get them.
September 1, 2011 at 8:47 pm #20016THis guy want to charge 19 Euros postage from Italy till their neighboring country Croatia. For 19 Euros I could send this miniature to New Zeland and back, go to haircut and eat pizza and drink on mug of cold beer…. It is cheap postage indeed…. 😎
September 1, 2011 at 8:50 pm #20017Anyway I already have those Gondor soldiers and orcs…
September 1, 2011 at 9:00 pm #20019time machines miniatures was the company that had the licence to sell those MW after Mithril stopped selling them… so this means these are from the Time Machine “re release”… I suppose no the original MW
September 1, 2011 at 9:03 pm #20020Did hey change the mithril mark under the base ?
regards
pacoSeptember 1, 2011 at 9:20 pm #20021it is blank yes, and they bought back the licence, so this is entirely legal…
they even renamed the set, and applied their own referencing for these miniatures
September 1, 2011 at 10:01 pm #20022I just can confirm what Gildor said. – and: ‘Time Machine’ does not provide those two series any more for quite a while. – As for the original (complete) sets of the two armies, they always were provided in a plastic carrier-box by the Mithril company with sometimes rather coincidentially figures being added to the ‘Orc army’. – That’s why A5D-1 still is a rare one.
September 1, 2011 at 11:08 pm #20023I think that the Time Machine Casts were resin not metal. Although i never bought any so i am not sure.
September 2, 2011 at 2:04 am #20026They were metal. I bought some of them.

September 2, 2011 at 12:06 pm #20042yes, they are metal, and they use other reference names on the blister… they are sold all separatly
the reference go by the names “Orc-1” “Orc-2” etc etc… I have some links for some of them but I can’t find back the original advertisement sheet from Time Machines to make the “unoffcial” conversion”
indeed these were not called mordor orcs, or gondor army, but “non tolkien” names… which was a good example of a possibility of mithril figurines being distributed outside mithril, without tolkien licence…
