Er … though I just read wise words I would like to add some information … my guess was right, Master Zoetrop is NOT giving up or selling his collection at all. – In the meantime I had some contact with him and he confirmed just what I guessed. So …
He always bought 2 of the MX-things. One of each he painted for his collection (that’s where the pictures on Ebay are from). Now he wants to sell those spare ones (doubles), still in blister and in very best condition. – So, if anyone around here is going to bid for those, he can be sure to bid for originals in blister, no recastings or whatever. – I dare to say that I can guarantee for that.
…. though I still wonder why he did not choose to have a fixed “starting price” …. a bit more than 1 € … anyway, we’ll see …..

Finally I won it! Great news after a nice trip to Bretagne (and getting an unsanely quantity of rain during my visit to Mont Sant-Michelle)

Regarding rain in Bretagne, this is quite usual, but for past 2 weeks, weather has been very wet everywhere in France.

thanks Yves! Almost complete, yes, looking right now only for Christmas Theoden. And waiting, of course, for recast of already payed MS532 – 32mm Durin VI, king of Khazad-dum. I hope I get them someday.

About Bretagne, yes… very similar to weather here in my region, Galicia… But found very kind and nice people, fine food (I love crepes and “moule frites” – I missed this since my visit to Toulousse five years ago). Mont Sant-Michelle was an experience, and some lovely towns around (Rennes, Vannes, Quimper, Saint Malo). I especially love the houses with “pan de bois” – it looked great.

That’s good news, Mistress Sevlag, very good news indeed. – I’m sure you’ll find a comfortable place for the Man in the Dark in your diorama … as for your tavern, well, don’t place Master Twrich too close to the musicians … and , er, mind the wargskin being placed at the threshold, not in front of the hearth … but you know ….
