I just bid and it is already more than 50 €, I think I dreamed of being able to have it and now I am sure of one thing : I can never have the M16January 20, 2013 at 9:53 am #26812…. who knows how much money will be achieved by the end….
January 20, 2013 at 12:00 pm #26816Regarding [mith]M16[/mith] auction, Estimate is 300€ for a mint female ranger, which I never see any except the one on MMP database (mine is unprimed).
So everyone shall take this into acount:
Painted (or reprimed): -20%
Sword missing: -30%
Then, current Euro vs USD currency makes auctions prices lower by 30% here in Europe. So today, my estimate is that this auction may raise up to: 300*0.8*0.7*0.7= 117,6€
We’ll see this eveningJanuary 20, 2013 at 12:02 pm #26817Never say never my dear lady sevlag!
Sorry for the long delay re Morlas. Yes, Master Barlimans answer (Master Kenako) was right. Now I would like to know if Master Barliman is interested in this figure? If yes, please forward me your address, so I can send Morlas of!
If you are not interested Mistress Sevlag would be the second in row with the right answer….January 20, 2013 at 1:11 pm #26820hsf62 wrote:Never say never my dear lady sevlag!

If you are not interested Mistress Sevlag would be the second in row with the right answer….Hello, Master Caster. I’m not such an avid collector as Mistress Sevlag, and the figure would just sit here and collect dust. I’d prefer Mistress S. to have it – she’s is in need of a bit of cheering up, I think!
January 20, 2013 at 1:26 pm #26821Thank you very much Master Barliman, You’re a real Gentleman
😉
January 20, 2013 at 1:26 pm #26822So there’s another generous gentleman here.
January 20, 2013 at 1:32 pm #26823Well, Mistress Sevlag, so be it, the Barkeep has spoken! He really is nice… sometimes! 😆 😆 😆
Would you please forward me your address?
My email: hsf62@iprimus.com.au The easiest way to do so.January 20, 2013 at 1:56 pm #26824And as for the M16, I just remember that I once payed some coiny things for the lady in an auction. A very long time ago that was. But then I could be sure about receiving an original, as the seller was Mr Tubb. I just saw, that the picture in the database doesn’t show the figure with the sword still attached to the base.

It’s good for the morale in this selfish worldJanuary 20, 2013 at 2:39 pm #26826A mighty gift this squirrel
January 20, 2013 at 4:52 pm #26827well there was , some years ago, a mint IN BLISTER M16 for sale on ebay by the man too… this one was certainly the rarest and most expensive version of all… an M16 in blister adds 20% to the average 300€ price I think, but iirc, this one was sold for more than 400€
when I bought mine (unpainted, still primed but incomplete) back in 2001, I paid it around 45-50€ (300fr) but I knew, even by then that it was a lifetime opportunity… and it was… well… before the Tolkien-mania made around the movies.

And my day’s already good lighting due to Master Caster, and Master Barliman😉
