This “seller” from France is selling again, mysteriously nearly the same figures as couple of weeks ago!
It is great that he got sooo many of these rare figures for sale, isn´t it !?
Oh, by the way, the figure I have “bought” from him couple of weeks ago is been offered again. Wow, what a remarkable coincidence.
Maybe this figure has got the same “light” weight . . .BE CAREFUL, FELLOWS ! ! !
May 12, 2010 at 12:35 pm #9936Looking at it from this angle I do understand Chris completely!
That is just bullshit!May 12, 2010 at 7:04 pm #9939well I don’t know which figure it is , but Dominique is full of resources you know… it may be originals… he travels all around France to buy FULL stocks of unsold old mithril from all roleplay shops or willing-to-sell collectors….
as for MW, well we could see in the past that he bought up to 5 or 6 copies of a given set…
May 12, 2010 at 9:34 pm #9941I can confirm what Gildor said about Dominique … and he’s a collector of Mithrils, too.
May 12, 2010 at 10:34 pm #9943I didn’t win the M3 auction!
I was at work when it ended. Oh well, maybe next time.
May 12, 2010 at 11:16 pm #9944Me too . . .

look at this… it’s for 9,99 $ special gift’s become cheap recast…
May 24, 2010 at 9:38 am #10136What makes you say that it’s a recast? There doesn’t seem to be a picture when I bring the page up.
May 24, 2010 at 11:15 am #10137This “cloud” seller has been selling Mithril’s for quite some time and his/her auctions always start with 99c. If you look at this auction now starting with $ 9.99, that is a very big difference and after all it is a auction and not a fixed price. All open I would say and the seller hopes to make the most out of it.
You could also put a M16 on auction for 99c which wouldn’t mean it is a recast….
Do you know this seller Nino, or where is your statement coming from?May 24, 2010 at 11:30 am #10138Perhaps I’ve used the wrong word. I thought that this beautiful rare figure become too cheap and too easy to find… but it does not matter …. I’m sure that it is not recast… just wrong word… wrong word…
my apologies to the seller…. !!!!!!!!!!!!May 24, 2010 at 11:36 am #10139If it is indeed a real one, The Man will be annoyed I imagine – didn’t he only give these to friends as a special gift? And selling such a gift is a bit like a slap in the face with a wet fish, isn’t it! I know I certainly wouldn’t part with mine.
May 24, 2010 at 11:38 am #10140Having said that, they’ve come up for sale before, so I guess that by this time there may be several in general circulation, of which this may very well be one.
May 24, 2010 at 12:45 pm #10141Yes, Master Barliman, Chris sold some after one of his gifts was sold on ebay and left him with this fishy feeling in the face….
May 24, 2010 at 12:54 pm #10142I have to agree to your comment, Master Barliman. “A slap in the face with a wet fish.”
Indeed the Ms423A was first given away by The Man as a gift – and I know what I’m talking about. Then it was one of the rarest figures. And I would never have given her away. NO!
But (!) later she appeared on Ebay. Master Tubb must have been so much annoyed that he, after that, offered the lady on Ebay in two or three “Buy-it-now auctions” for a fixed price. To me this tells more than words can do. – I decided to buy a second one then, just to compare …
and two is company … as for recasts, sometimes things are simple. I always have a look at the sender-address. When it reads C. Tubb, there must be some Tubb in it, right?
All these Ms423A-things seem to have become a mess (sorry).
At the moment I’m just pleased that there is no “Dwaw of Waw – mess”.May 24, 2010 at 12:55 pm #10143Ah yes, I remember now.
