Let’s hope you are right, Master Thingol! Hopefully also including some early Christmas Figurines … Maybe we can help searching?
June 16, 2010 at 8:48 am #10392I wish he had some 1991 christmas figurine in his workshop too…
alas… unlike JRRTolkien miniatures, he does not keep sets of non-tolkien related figurines at his house… so it is hard for me
He does not keep many prototypes either when it comes to 54mm… takes too much space I supposeJune 16, 2010 at 12:25 pm #10395Yes, Master Gildor the pics of the Mw347 are complete now. Thank you very much. – I think I also provided some pics of the army as a group (as you asked for that).
June 16, 2010 at 1:55 pm #10396yes I have them, though I will post them later now
it was urgent to have them individually…(I shall post the same for the dwarves soon)
June 16, 2010 at 3:03 pm #10397But we’re talking about this at the wrong place, Gildor
June 16, 2010 at 6:12 pm #10402Sadly, I don’t have the funds for this fixer-upper lot…
June 16, 2010 at 7:35 pm #10404Ta, Wendy
(and Ta for the FB comment too!)
I put in a bid. May as well ruin myself in BC by getting a fresh new bottle of BAM to strip a new horde of figures!
Gavin
June 16, 2010 at 8:32 pm #10405Pity we can’t see who is bidding on what anymore…
I hope you win it.
June 17, 2010 at 6:04 am #10410Again, M. D is selling what we are looking for but expensive.
http://shop.befr.ebay.be/driztdourden/m.html?_nkw=mithril&_trkparms=65%253A12%257C66%253A2%257C39%253A1%257C72%253A1229&_sop=2&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14Holger, there is one M14. Shall we bid on it ?
June 17, 2010 at 12:05 pm #10419No Master Milo, don’t bid. I saw this one a while ago, but I rather bid on a M14 from Chris, especialy after I asked him if he would have one to list. (hopefully he’ll find one in one of his boxes)
June 17, 2010 at 2:09 pm #10420Yes, Wendy, I do agree. – Those were good days in the past when we all could see who was bidding for what … days of the very old Prancing Pony, where we had a list reveiling the ‘Who’s who’ of the nicks used on Ebay …
Anyway I can assure that I’m not going to bid on Ebay any more – unless friends among us ask me to do so.
June 17, 2010 at 8:25 pm #10433I hope soon lot’s of us on MMP would not spend out much time on eBay because of Mithril…. collections are almost full and soon we would have only our forums to exchange friendship and information’s abut our mithril passion…
and about those biding for friends… Master tree I could only say 😆June 18, 2010 at 9:15 am #10436I feel Ebay remains the best offer for missing mithrils which are not sold anymore.
I also think it is better to spent 5€ on M10 than 19€ for each MS…untill I possess all missing M series (I have to save money for around 300 references).MS & MX are great but it will cost me a lot as I bought my 1st MS in april (UP, the best one).
here are 51 miniatures MIB here:

and there are lot’s of rare items….
so go for it…June 18, 2010 at 11:25 am #10438Thanks Master gardener.
I have to hold my spending for a while. I’m already on Chris’s miniatures this week.Argh, SOMEONE is bidding on EVERY MINIATURES !!!!!!!!!!!!!
June 19, 2010 at 6:53 pm #10441Were any of those prices a new record high today? Only two bargains out of the nine.
June 20, 2010 at 9:00 am #10444Strange days indeed, as I cannot recall a day on which so many rare Mithrils of the old M-series were offered on Ebay.
June 20, 2010 at 3:57 pm #10449Oh yes, and also new and in pristine condition!
June 20, 2010 at 9:10 pm #10451I won three at auction and bought another from a 2nd chance offer!
June 20, 2010 at 9:48 pm #10452…. great catch Master Shady… I hope one of them was your wish…. M73….
