I read all the feedback about drizztdourden… there are not many neutral and negative but enough to make him very very suspect indeed
July 30, 2010 at 12:19 pm #11124Hmm that was a good idea Gildor, I have to have a look too.
July 30, 2010 at 12:31 pm #11125LOL, it doesn’t help much if you don’t understand French! 😆
July 30, 2010 at 1:30 pm #11128well to sum up : most negative AND neutral feedback talk about : very bad packaging, long delays, item not matching the description (used status instead of pristine status advertised) missing parts…
from these comments there is one thing that is repetitive : false advertising, very bad packaging… and pictures on ebay not matching the final item… so beware… (not all items are mithril related but some are… even a MX Burzash … )
July 30, 2010 at 1:50 pm #11131false advertising, very bad packaging… and pictures on ebay not matching the final item and missing parts don’t make him very very suspect I think. To me it only shows that he is after money only.
July 30, 2010 at 2:09 pm #11132I’m surprised that eBay haven’t excluded him if he’s got that many negative points against him. Perhaps not enough buyers are sufficiently ticked off to report him?
July 30, 2010 at 2:24 pm #11135He got over 99% good feedback, so no point to worry. There is no evidence that he sold recasts as far as I know. The nazgul Christoph mentioned with the red coloured undercoat seems to be a original used to make a mould, but thats about it.
No one knows who used the figure to make a mould…July 30, 2010 at 10:03 pm #11136well we’ll know sooner or later… I took the liberty to write this “old friend of mine” of Dominique to know how his little 6 year old girl did fare… and to try to understand why he is acting this way… He used to be a passionate -and fair- collector too… once…
we used to be “quite close”…. 6 years ago… that was a long time ago…
July 30, 2010 at 10:34 pm #11138Prix de départ: € 60.00 !
Setting this starting bid that high ( in any case . . ) is simply said: A NERVE !
I will say only one sentence to the direction of Mr. Drizzzzzzz :
I won´t NEVER buy any miniature offered by this seller !PS : Oh by the way- is he member here . . . ?
July 30, 2010 at 11:02 pm #11139honestly I don’t know christoph, I could check, I hope he is not… or I would deny him many rights…
I wrote to him about his starting prices and about the problems that now lie upon his head if he carries on with such nonsense…

Should have asked that question first Christoph, then made the statement. Money does strange things to folk
August 1, 2010 at 8:17 am #11144I hope this does not raise too much controversy, but from a collector’s perspective Mr. D helps to keep the perceived $$$ worth of a Mithril collection assembled over the years high … Well, I know, this does not help those who struggle for completeness …
But I do not think we should condemn him …
August 1, 2010 at 5:43 pm #11145What you said is true, Ben, if Mr. D is called an honourable man. But he isn´t . . .
I think it is NOT in the interest of a collector to fill the wholes in his collection with recasts!
I- for example won´t. And my M66 I bought from him ( a recast !!!!) is somewhere on a rubbish tip . . .
It is NOT honourable to earn money with recasted mithril miniatures- for that reason he should be damned!@ David: Never mind . . . Hey, Dominique- are you reading this: you have sold me a recast !!!!!!
There is a line singing from Master Kravitz in his song “Mr. Cab Driver ” nearly at the end . . .August 1, 2010 at 6:43 pm #11146Ah, OK, if he really does sell recasts than that is a reason to be angry — are you sure about your M66?
August 1, 2010 at 10:52 pm #11147YES I AM ! Very sure indeed . . .
August 2, 2010 at 7:53 am #11148I’ve bought from mr.D several figures… so how can I be sure to identify recast…. !?!?!?!?! M66 was not one of them but it was M69….
August 2, 2010 at 9:11 am #11149Nino I might get enough time on the weekend to start a new topic here called
“How to identify a fake Mithril”.
I will support the written word with pictures if possible.August 2, 2010 at 9:15 am #11150Hi everybody.
M. D is selling more than M78.
Even MX 463 for 45€… He is making a lot of money.August 2, 2010 at 10:40 am #11152Ho Ho Ho – yes he do. And remember: those minis are not sell the first time . . .
I am looking for Holger´s new topic and give you my experiences . . .August 3, 2010 at 8:29 pm #11168for all orc lovers… the Man is back again
