That seller will still keep being a serious Mithril collector. What he’s offering really are his spares, believe it or not. And there will be many (!!!) more to be offered in the near future. About 10 per week. The figures are from his large spare-stock, so you can be sure there are no re-castings in it.
As I know the seller, I’m sure you can really trust him and the figures are just as he describes them in the offers.

maybe he has some rarities I am looking for? though it is rare to see collectors with “rare/unique” 54mm…

I really don’t know if he ever had a shop, I don’t think so. It’s just that he said about himself that he’s a bit lazy about selling. He can sit back, knowing to have his collection being complete in several glass-cabinets.
He came to the thought to sell his spares as he witnessed that they’re just lying around and there are other collectors who would “lick their fingers” having them.
He intended to do so a long time ago, but lazy he is.
Quite some rarities he owns, but has not decided yet whether to give them away or not.
He gave away some details about that which I cannot pass on here.

That’s nearly all a tree knows about.

I have received my long awaited skeleton-warior fo the underdeeps.
Master “seamus7077” sent it to me from Britain.
I suggest to enrole him for a course how to package 32mm white metal miniatures.
I am a bit angry because this is the worse I have ever seen so far. 😡
Time to leave that #*+##..: ebay !

Ouch! You have my sympathy, Master Archer. I think we’ve all suffered this sort of incompetence and thoughtlessness at some time, but what a shame it should happen to a figure you’ve wanted for a while. But don’t blame eBay – it’s this Seamus character who’s responsible. Have you contacted him to complain? You can at least get your money back from PayPal (assuming you used them – I always do, for this very reason).

You were very unlucky Master Archer. I bought a dozen minis to Seamus and every one arrived in perfect conditions.
I suggest you shall contact him (He will answer for sure) before any withdrawing action. It is always better to solve things using good communication.
