i haven’t yet paid for mine — thanks for the heads up, troy!
are you positive? depending on whether you can confirm it or not, it’ll depend if i’ll pay for it — it’s a lot of money, so i’d appreciate any further info on it.
please keep us posted — have you contacted the seller regarding a refund?
the prince august paladin is @ 10 pounds already … doh. good thing there are other figures i’m interested in as well.
February 5, 2011 at 7:18 pm #15084I am not positive, there seems to be plenty of evidence, but I want to hear from others before I take any action.
February 6, 2011 at 12:04 am #15090I’m bidding for Master Gildor, as I promised him to do.
So better keep away from bidding on this unless you’re willing to spend a fortune.
So what are 10 pounds?February 6, 2011 at 12:16 am #15091Once trees have decided, they’ll walk …
February 6, 2011 at 12:22 am #15093Master shadyt, concerning kstoysandcollectables I have placed a bid on ONE figure and received it three days ago. Everything is allright. Full original!
Well, in your case that doesn´t have to mean that K. is aware of this . . .February 6, 2011 at 12:35 am #15097If you do have a original of one of the minis you bought, put it on a letter scale. The weight should not be out. The mould lines can run different depending on the mini. Not all minis cast by Mithril come out of the same mould. On the base they also have numbers not concerning the figure, I believe between 1 and 7. That indicates different moulds.
Can you tell me what mini is is?February 6, 2011 at 3:01 am #15099Theobald wrote:I’m bidding for Master Gildor, as I promised him to do.

So what are 10 pounds?roughly 5 kilograms, wise ent.
— joke aside, i was referring to the british pound, because it’s a british seller.
February 6, 2011 at 10:13 am #15103Troy, I received my minis also from this seller. Every is white undercoated but grey undercoat is still present under the white paint.
I bought several extra and checked. To me there is no fake out of 9.
For instance M2, M84, M85 are original ones, with no differences in weight, sculpting, or metal apperance under the base compared to the original ones I have.February 6, 2011 at 10:15 am #15104Ho and I forgot to bid on M25 auction yesterday !
too bad, it was sold for only 6.50GPD.
Arghhhhhh😡
February 6, 2011 at 10:38 am #15106This auction deserves to be won here !
Fantastic lot ([mith]MW337[/mith] + every other related ), great painting, great bases, even a “buy it now”…what else ?
Only [mith]M6[/mith], [mith]M7[/mith] & [mith]MX463[/mith] are missing to finish this Gondorian army.
February 6, 2011 at 12:48 pm #15108Master Gildor, that Paladin is yours, just as I promised
February 6, 2011 at 1:16 pm #15111please Theobald, £10 is more than enough for this, if someone is ready to invest more money in this one, well, let it be…
I don’t plan to spend a fortune on it either at all, if I miss it never mind, it’s not as if it was a mithril after all
edit : well it seems the auction is over anyway
February 6, 2011 at 1:23 pm #15112That’s what I said, Master Gildor. So just take for granted what you can read, nothing more or less. I cannot remember that the two of us talked about money, did we?
February 6, 2011 at 1:38 pm #15113As for your hint, Master Milo, I don’t think that the bases are great, as they have been cut off. Anyway, that offer is a bit expensive, though there are a lot of nice figures in the batch.
Those three figures you mentioned as missing to have a complete Gondorian army is not quite correct. There are more Gondorians around in the old M-series. The M6 has been seen on Ebay several times lately, but M7 still is one of the rarest Gondorians. The MX463-Imrahil might be rare, too. – Anyway, I won’t have to bid.February 6, 2011 at 2:17 pm #15114Master Theobald in action!
I love it, this Ent walking!:cool::cool:
By the way, you got mail… emailFebruary 6, 2011 at 4:31 pm #15123Thank you, Master Hsf62 … err … I wondered about all that hassle those pigeons caused outside … something must have been posted …. brave birds they are … huoommm
February 6, 2011 at 5:46 pm #15125Cameosis,
Everyone else seems to be happy with their auction purchases from kstoysanscollectables so perhaps I am being overly critical of the miniatures.
It is probably safe to claim your wins from this seller.February 6, 2011 at 6:10 pm #15126Master Ent is right. Which gondorian is missing ? well there are [mith]MS461[/mith], [mith]MS555[/mith], [mith]MS558[/mith], and also Lossanarch full set ([mith]M424[/mith] to [mith]M431[/mith]).
The Rangers of Ithilien ([mith]M377[/mith] to [mith]M386[/mith]) also even if these are very different kind for gondorian army.Do I miss any other ?
Regarding bases being removed, I am not so sure, I think it might be very well hidden (look at [mith]M197[/mith] for instance).
February 6, 2011 at 7:21 pm #15129…. anyway this is great collection of figures for all RPG fans…. some of them are nicely painted. Price ! Could be (or should be) point of discussions…. here
