on another note, does anybody know the id of this figure?
i couldn’t find/recognize it in the database …

March 9, 2011 at 9:00 am #15799I won [mith]M67[/mith] & [mith]M71[/mith] auctions ! 😆
March 9, 2011 at 10:05 am #15801félicitations! i snatched the [mith]m21[/mith] and [mith]m40[/mith] in blisters.
March 9, 2011 at 10:15 am #15802Very nice catch these very rare blister!
March 9, 2011 at 1:50 pm #15808…great catch …. I hope also that the price was excellent and affordable….
March 9, 2011 at 2:29 pm #15812Well price has raised up to 30$ for each mini this time…still previous auctions I won were very cheap, so I am happy 😎
March 9, 2011 at 3:38 pm #15814friends, i think the price is alright — including shipping, it should be around 24-25 € for both.

now there is one big catch left i need to make and then i’m set for a while — it would be the perfect welcome gift when i return home, hehe …on another (non)mithril note — i found buhrdûr (hill troll chieftain) online for 11 €, mint with open blister — the normal price for this games workshop mini is around 25 €, so i’m really satisfied. it’s one of the coolest troll minis i have come across.
March 9, 2011 at 6:25 pm #15833This is good price….
…. about this picture…. this is commercial troll… nice figure but I like mithril…..
March 9, 2011 at 7:33 pm #15843I don’t think that liking Mithril should blind any of us to good design, whoever’s work it is. And this figure is GW at its best. I wish I’d noticed him on eBay!
March 9, 2011 at 7:38 pm #15845True Master Barliman.
But you shall stay in the pony tonight; it is a celebration eve !March 9, 2011 at 7:40 pm #15846I purchased one of those GW trolls when it first came out. I have never built it and I have not bought anything else from GW since.
March 9, 2011 at 7:43 pm #15847Right, I even painted most of those Trolls. They’re excellent, but it needs a lot of effort to have them being prepared for painting, as far as I can remember.
March 9, 2011 at 7:54 pm #15850I have no GW Lotr related, but I have painted this troll from eaglemoss, just big and scary !

March 9, 2011 at 7:59 pm #15855I have a couple of these as well. They’re actually pretty darned cheap, and still available from the manufacturers. They’re a much more “realistic” size than the (larger) GW ones for gaming purposes.
