Where is Nob?, ah a great mug of coffee, black and strong please.
It s now so dangerous to travel by night as the wargs are wandering the lands from midnight to 6 am then went to sleep all day.

I’m always puzzled how Nob manages to get hold of coffee, since it doesn’t actually grow anywhere near the Shire. Perhaps he has a supplier from somewhere way away towards the East?

Sorry, I’ve eaten all the leftovers from yesterday, and can’t get to the store again until the Covid lockdown is over; till then you’ll have to make do with horse-fodder. Hope you like warm straw and oat mash.

Cinnamon! That’s a good idea. I hadn’t thought of that. I tried a bit with molasses yesterday and it wasn’t too bad. A tad sticky, though.

Not a lot at the moment. Nob is actually busy cleaning out the other room so that we can move the bar – it’s getting rather crowded in here. So as of now, the TAPROOM 4 is out of bounds and everyone needs to start using the spiffing new TAPROOM 5. Same furniture, but a more modern vibe (i.e., it has fresh straw on the floor).
