for those of you who understand french :

    http://www.rts.ch/video/info/journal-19h30/5438896-le-petit-bonheur-un-musee-consacre-a-l-auteur-britannique-tolkien-vient-d-ouvrir-dans-les-grisons.html

this is a dedicated museum for Tolkien and all its products, in the “grisons” in switzerland, built with the fortune of a generous business man who invested millions in that project . I don’t know if they ever heard about Mithril, but that would be cool if they could have a full collection of mithril figurines…

though it seems it is more linked to the movies and all the derivated products… from the movies…

There is another Tolkien museum in Leiden in Netherlands (http://www.tolkienmuseum.org/). It is also a shop for fans and mithrils are proposed (but prices are expensive).
I exchanged several times with the owner and even provided several mithrils for his museum.
Unfortunately, he does not have mithril Christmas minis before 1994.
