Thanks for the advise, I guess if I counted right and based on the site Database, the sum of the complete references (I didn’t counted what was incomplete) is 662 €.

I guess I would be happy to sell for 300 to 400 € (for the lot, including incomplete references) to a real collector (or group of collector) and not to an ebay pro seller (assuming the buyer pays for the transport). Or do you advise me to make a bundle for Ebay?

Thanks, you know my hope is actually to find a seller with enough patience or selling skills to make me an offer and take advantage of it. That’s why, in lack of answers, it may end up in ebay, although I ‘d rather find a real collector for it (even if it means making less money).

Clearly I would accept half of the current price if only someone would be interested by the whole lot (I can imagine a collector who would fill gaps in his/her collection and getting spare miniatures for exchanges here)

Also I would greatly appreciate if someone could give me even a rough estimation of the value for the lot.

Hello fellow collectors

I used to gather Mithril miniature when I was younger (12 years ago) and I happen to recover from the depth of my attic a wood box containing around 100 loose but in good condition Mithril miniatures (as well as some boxes like the balrog), the ones I never actually had time to paint. (7 more references have missing parts it’s clearly mentionned at the end of the list)

I am not the greedy kind and, to be honest I don’t really have a clue of what’s the current value of these miniatures.

On the other hand I certainly don’t have the time (with three kids) to put these pieces individually on ebay or some other auction sites and I think it’s stupid it rots here while some collectors might look after. I do remember how important it is to collectors to find missing pieces. ^^

So I would greatly appreciated advises on how to sell these easily as well as some kind of estimation of the value of the pieces.

To be honest I would like to sell the lot to one or two persons for their own use even if it means selling quite cheap compared to the actual value.
