(MERP creation) King Ostoher of Cardolan was the last Dunadan king of the Cardolan in Arnor, he was killed by the Angmar warlord Rogrog during the batlte of Tyrn Gorthad in TA 1409. He is not related to the 7th king of Gondor who rebuilt Minas Anor.
