I assume thenthat the Half-orcs which are Cxx are thus subreferenced because there was already Axx and Bxx
(though B precedes A in matter of releases…

Logically, the iron hill dwarves would have been Dxx (cool to have a D for Dwarves) but they may have not reached this level of prototyping and that may mean there are less, and quite less organised iron hill dwarves than there were half orcs…
