Well, Master Gildor, … The real problem is with Prince August, not with Chris. It’s the second time that they put to sell one miniature that they don’t have in stock. The worst is that we get no info, no feedback about the lack of these minis in factory – Some of us have make the order thinking that ms532 was restocked. If that it’s not true, why you can still order it on Mithril Web Page? Why Joan don’t tell the webmaster to delete those minis from web page?. I don’t think that Chris could help with this, but it’s very, very frustrating.

I know the problem is with Prince August, but the main person here who could put things in motion AT prince august by saying “what the hell is going on at the factory??” is Chris… Often in the past, when he became aware of MANY problems done at PA in Ireland, things got solved thanks to his intervention.
Chris has the ear of Lars and Michael … which obviously we don’t…

That’s why I suggested that…

Michael apologized in newsletter about his mistake for MS532 availibility.
So, status is tagged Out of Stock now on mithril site, which will avoid more disappointed collectors.

Well, “All’s well that ends well” we say in Spain …..

Today I have received my Xmas 1997 figure (very fast this time, by the way).

I asked Joan on January 7 about my figure. This was her response:
“I do not know what happened I will send it to you today as I have still one left.Joan.”

Yes, friends. In Macroom there was still one left

So maybe it was my figure had not traveled yet, or the same it was another one ……:rolleyes:

This looks like the miracle of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes, but the fact is that I have to Theoden on my shelf …….

Furthermore, the figure has reached a case different from Master Thingol. The box is blue but newer (MB560-style), no label and it is super-clean…….. 😆

Good news for Theoden being at home for us then

My XMAS 1997 theoden was also delivered in nice new blue box, no label aswell, same kind of box as per several old MS.

mmhh well I have to admit boxes are important for me too and I feel very very sorry that all the new 32mm xmas come in such a package but no “box” for them like the old xmas ones…
(as I kept all boxes … now I feel obliged to keep those small “packages” as well…. because they represent a proof of authenticity (because of the sticker on it…)

What a wonderfull surprise this afternoon when I open my mailbox. A little parcel from the factory. I hadn´t purchased no mini so what would it be…

Well, if you have read the subject of the post you would have guessed it. MS532 Durin. :D:D

I got no message from the Ireland so I do not know if it is a recast or some old mini found wherever.

I am a happy dwarf today.

ok… I cancelled my initial order two years ago, and I made a new one last november with the mistake on the new web page stock (same as Milo, I think). I hope they don’t delay it too much.

That´s quiet interesting, isn´t it. Without any announcemnet as well.
That means they have new stock.
That means Master Imisel´s order as well mine should see daylight in the near future . . .

Last week I reasked Michael in official Mithril forum about this mini.

Absolutely inaceptable his answer – He said that it wouldn’t be recasted, with almost no futher explanation.

Well, giving no explanation as an “answer” to such a serious matter really is not what I would expect from a company that wants to present itself as being reliable.
Wasn’t it a bit the same when some time ago someone asked for an explanation why a certain Theoden-figure was taken out of stock and won’t be released any more? No acceptable explanations or answers for that one too, yet.
