Alas …. what a surprise.
The Black Leave (môr-lass) has arrived here today. As there has been some discussion about that figure I just want to witness that Morlas does exist:[imgz url=http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/9_morlas_2.jpg]http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/thumbs/9_morlas_2.jpg[/imgz]
I know about the orange-shaded light, but as it is late by now the sun doesn’t help me any more
[imgz url=http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/9_morlas_1.jpg]http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/thumbs/9_morlas_1.jpg[/imgz]
I can take better pics, but cannot haste everything.
Oh, once I was taking photos I had to add those of the Mw346s as far as they’re released …
well, it could have been done better …. I was just hasting myself … sorry. But I have to consider the last question for that Christmas-riddle, you know.

December 6, 2008 at 10:34 pm #3761The fox is present in a vignette made by Wendy … and I still do appreciate that vignette very much …
December 6, 2008 at 11:35 pm #3765I like the squirrel too, and of course better pics of those magnificent dwarves . . .
Maybe it seems to be a good idea to use the grey background- as usually- master Theobald . . .December 7, 2008 at 12:51 am #3767Well, rita.de, as the sun doesn’t shine on me all day I had to cope with some dim light … sorry.
I just have been too hasty providing those pics. I thought they were news to all of you … Iwill take better ones, of course …December 7, 2008 at 12:25 pm #3773I have news concerning Morlas…
Any collector desiring a casting of the Morlas squirrel could contact me in private (email) with their email enclosed and mentionning they want one… Chris accepted to offer one squirrel for free for any desiring collector, providing they pay the shipping price. But he does not want his address to be posted publicly at all so he asked me to gather the names and send him the list he would then contact the collectors I think.
For organization reasons in my emails (as I am sure many may write to me after this announce) could you put
“MMP – Morlas” for the subject of the email addressed to me?Thanks in advance
December 7, 2008 at 1:58 pm #3775Thank you Gildor.
… and thank you, Chis.
So I am still so much surprised and satisfied of what I witnessed this year – just recall:
– there was the Christmas figure “Thranduril” (being offered in two versions)
– there was MX-Imrahil (two versions)
– there were the Knights of Dol Amroth
– Annatar, fighting Celimbror
– Haradrim sheik
– Witch- king in it’s true form
– dead rider of Dunharrow
– Theodred, son of Theoden
– then there’s the 20th anniversary-figure of Gandalf
– now there’s Morlass
– two packs of the Mw346 have also been providedJust imagine you would have to cope with these ideas and have them sculpted and produced ….
You might know what I mean.
Thank you all for reading this.
