Théodred was the only son and heir to Théoden, the King of Rohan. During the War of the Ring, Prince Théodred was the Second Marshal of Rohan. He fought in the First Battle of the Fords of Isen alongside Grimbold.
He manned the eyot in the centre of the Fords to provide cover for Grimbold if forced to retreat. During this conflict he was slain by Orcs. Grimbold defended his body until reinforcements arrived and he was buried where he fell.
Only 100 of these figures are produced. This is the 200th release in the Gold Status Fellowship club. This was the winning idea from November 2022 and was submitted by Fellowship member “maxtarna“. This is the twelfth fully resin figure, undercoated with matt grey primer. There are four parts, the figure, the large base, the shield arm and the sword arm. The base has the manufacturer name MITHRIL and creation date and MZ on the sides of the base.
