Christoph – what wonderful work!!!
The orc and the troll with the chain are really great. All your orc coloring is great.
I think my favorite is the pillar with the dwarfs! It’s very life-like.
Well done!

April 3, 2010 at 9:44 pm #9313HE IS BACK !!! MASTER ORIGINAL ARAGORN IS BACK! HEY HO . . .
😆
April 3, 2010 at 11:20 pm #9316Christoph – you will find that my biggest weakness is that I’m very “flighty.”
I usually have about 2-3 hobbies circulating – along with my work and family. So I get very crazed about a certain hobby, then drop it like a stone for a few months.
(But I always come back!)

April 15, 2010 at 1:28 am #9451Christoph, it has been awhile. Your work always amazes me!
I do the same George!
April 15, 2010 at 3:11 pm #9466Thanks Jason and a happy welcome back here!
April 22, 2010 at 8:27 pm #9595Christoph, your Cave Troll is PERFECT! Excellent choice of cool colors. And the chain is a fine touch! It adds another dimension of realism to the piece. I’ve been pondering what colors to use for these monsters. I have found them.
April 22, 2010 at 8:30 pm #9596Thank you very much Mark, and personally speaking: nice to have you here!!!
April 22, 2010 at 8:32 pm #9597Thank you.

April 23, 2010 at 2:08 pm #9613Welcome Master Grond to this great enviroment of nutty Mithril fans.
Thanks also for your concern regarding voting on the GF.
I always vote, but I guess I wasn’t the only one you wrote to. Good idea indeed!October 24, 2010 at 2:23 pm #12562Ahh- nearly ONE year is over-since I received this (very expensive indded) figure, the dragon as well
and fortunately I am glad about this dragonslayer-diorama -at last . . .
I hope you like it also.[imgz url=http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/32_fram_003.jpg]http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/thumbs/32_fram_003.jpg[/imgz]

Amazing that is. Your work and also the way of presentation always is of highest quality. Thank you.
Though there’s one thing I would like to ask. Did you fix the Fram-figure to all this? As far as I can see you did not convert Fram, so the original figure still is in its original pose, I guess.October 24, 2010 at 2:38 pm #12567LOL I couldn’t find this place….
This is absolutely stunning Christoph! WOW! Just love it!
All I can say it was worth every second to wait for it to be finished!
You are a real artist regarding Dioramas.:cool:October 24, 2010 at 2:41 pm #12568Sorry, I was too hasty. I just found that “Green Room” again, where I could find answers to my question.
Anyway … this is a fantastic piece of art in all its components.October 24, 2010 at 2:48 pm #12569Thank you Master Theobald and Master Holger!!!
Well, Master Theobald your guess is absolutely right. I did not convert the figure, because in this case it came from The Man directly.
It was a bit toilful to make him “reversible” . . .[imgz url=http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/32_fram_single.jpg]http://mmp.faerylands.eu/uploads/thumbs/32_fram_single.jpg[/imgz]
October 24, 2010 at 3:08 pm #12571so I was right … I also wouldn’t lay my hand on such an original figure. But: you changed the design of the shield by painting it, didn’t you? – Take this as a joke and don’t take it seriously, please, Master Rita.de.
Keep on with your wonderful work, please. To me it provides a lot of joy just to look at the pictures you provided.October 24, 2010 at 7:15 pm #12576This would be amazing master piece…. in final !
October 24, 2010 at 7:20 pm #12577Wow!! It is still very beautiful how you combines lead with natural elements like stones and the lichens…
October 25, 2010 at 12:43 am #12581Amazing work MAster archer.
As always I shall say. I am wondering if you paint also the background you use for pictures ? -
